I put a strong 3 . I will not judge the employees, I do not know their amount of work, But we need to be more attentive and polite with readers / visitors. The queue needs to be improved. In the 21st century, recording is done by phone and a month in advance, and sometimes there is no recording. The foundation? Why don't you write it down or do you need to complain to higher authorities? The archive works only until 17:00 on a weekday, when many work until 17-18:00, here it is necessary for the authorities to work on a schedule, the need of readers should be closed. I understand that it is a repair, but the reader should not suffer.
I will not talk about the disadvantages of this institution, the people who visit it already know about them. I would like to thank the archive's specialists for their steadfastness and bravery in such a harsh time.

Then they will review the request and, if the required documents are available, they will issue an invoice. A separate service is a complete genealogical study, but it is provided in a package - a couple of times a year they collect a set of applications and perform them in bulk
