A very pleasant and atmospheric place for both work and study, responsive staff and many interesting works from all over the world

Anyone over the age of 16 can sign up (you need 1 photo). Registration on the 1st floor, delivery of ordered books on the 4th floor (30 minutes - 1 hour). Friendly staff. The spoken English club is taking place. On the downside, the building needs renovation, still from Soviet times.
