This is the coolest place. A super library, a huge number of books, everything is beautiful inside. If you could spend the night there and read all night, you would just live there
I visited this library when it was named after Pushkin A.S., it was the 80s. I had to spend quite a lot of time there, because in my student years there was no Internet. I always remember the feeling of coolness, something huge and solid and the smell. It seemed to me that it was the smell of knowledge, intelligence and tranquility.
There used to be a good library, three stars only because there were a lot of problems that would have been missed, now I can't say anything about this library!
A wonderful quiet place to work, comfortable chairs, sockets, everything is as it should be. It is important that the air conditioner works well in the heat, at least in the hall of the history of Kazakhstan. There is a large selection of books on Turkology, including those that are not available in Russian libraries, not to mention books in the Kazakh language.
To just go in there, see what books are there at all, whether you need it, you need to make a library card.
Okay, this is generally understandable, but how can you explain that they don't give you books to take home, but they need my address to make this library card? What are you going to do with it?
A very large library. I was here a long time ago when I was a student. I found all the books and prepared for the state exams. Thank you very much to the librarian.
Clean, quiet, free, there are charging connectors, the Internet works inside, but there is no WiFi. You can find almost any book. It takes only a few minutes to make a library card.
The National Library is a real repository, very bright rooms.a reading room, the staff is polite.
Everything that is needed will be found by everyone
I recommend
I really liked the organization of the literature search. The structure is set up correctly! The library meets all modern requirements! Meetings of young people with national writers, poets in the form of discussions! Super-youngsters!You can even have a tasty and cheap snack!
The only small disadvantage is the long registration. Otherwise, it is quite a good library. I would also like to make the search for books real for the visually impaired.
I go to this library to read old Soviet newspapers. I come specially to look through the files of old Kostanay newspapers. There are files here from the 20s. Also in other regions of Kazakhstan
A great place to get away with your favorite book, here are books for every taste, ranging from novels and fiction in different languages of the world, I advise you!
Everything is clean and tidy. It's perfect for reading books. But there is one drawback - you wait for your order for several minutes and there are few digitized textbooks.
The best library in the country! And the staff are just professionals in their field, they will always come to the rescue! Thank you for your hard work!
The largest funds in the Republic, therefore, the library is of national importance.
I have been using the library's services for a long time, and surprisingly, there are still a lot of visitors, apparently students too, since not everything is available on the Internet.
Upon registration, a pass with a digital photo is issued.
In general, there is everything you need to work.
I recommend.
The reading rooms are comfortable. The interior is quite modern. There is access to international databases. However, the funds are updated mainly at the expense of local publications. Receipts from Russian or foreign publishers are limited by subject.
