Noisily. It's very noisy. It's quieter at the airport. After the library in Paris, or in Moscow, it is not a library. It is especially noisy in the western hall, where 2-4 employees communicate in the library, not like in the library. The sound on the phones is not turned off, calls and SMS do not allow you to concentrate. I can write a review in Romanian and three in French, if it helps. I ask the management to pay attention to this. It's very noisy.

The atmosphere is incredibly cozy, the employees are very polite and loyal. The smell of books attracts you as soon as you enter this temple of dreams.
