We visited this museum on May 21, 2022, with my husband and child. They paid for a full visit to the halls, as a result, the caretaker did not let the gold into the hall, aggressively explained where the exit was. At the reception they asked for a book of complaints, they submitted a book, open almost at the very end, although there were empty pages. A book of complaints on a spring - I would not be surprised if my negative review is torn out. By the way, the money was not returned. Disappointed.

The museum is decorated with no words 🥰hall 👍who is watching, security ....👌and the view of the museum and the exhibits !!! But however, as a participant in the exhibition, I didn't really like what was there, to be honest...I don 't even know what they are called , who looks and exposes what and where it should be ... In a word , who hangs 😉 probably the administration , according to some standard , half of the works of many teachers were broadcast , academicians were not hung , they did not take the work , and what they did not hang was just put on the floor like garbage 🤦 and some of them broke the frames or something else ..there were even some people crying , not that they were crying ... And those who wanted to take away those works that were not hung were not given ... Let him live there for a month ...not that we came from different cities of Almaty, Semey, Zhezkazgan, Aktobe, Aktau,.......... Just find out next time and tell me which hall and how many works are needed at all , otherwise some 20-30 works were brought and they are far from small, and not A4 format there are 100/100 , paintings, drawings , sculptures , felt works , clothes and much more... There were no mannequins, only 5 pcs were given ..... For me, in this large museum it was possible to accommodate all these works without leaving a space between the works, and no one would say that the works were close, since they themselves came from far away just arrived at all ........not humanity and in general, you could just put a mulbert ... and it wasn't very nice to turn off the lights either, there were such people there and they treated like a homeless person who came to ask for mercy, there are just no words for it honestly
