There is an excellent complex of baths and saunas in Freestyle skiing. I especially like that there are aromatic oils in the spa area. The slides are also good, there are simple ones, and there are quite scary ones. It's always nice to visit here, I feel rested after visiting)

Of the cons: showers, where you constantly click on the panel to make the water flow (there are a lot of places and I understand why). They also have problems with the food area on the ground floor. Great water park! Entertainment for every taste. The children's area has warm water and excellent slides. Children of 4 and 12 years old played all day and were slightly persuaded to go out at 9 pm. There are also plenty of entertainment and places to relax for adults. On the first visit, I did not even go to look at the baths, because I am not an amateur... When I went to the second visit, I realized that I had lost a lot when I refused last time. Very cool baths with aromatic oils! Great place! The children's area, thermal bowls with hydro massage and slides are great! We come to Minsk every summer from Smolensk and definitely visit this institution. There are outdoor pools outside, but there are few sun loungers and everything is busy in the morning.
You can watch the training of athletes who ski jump, it's impressive!
There was one unpleasant moment when kaka@ka swam out of the lazy river, but the caretaker reacted immediately and cleaned everything up, but the mood deteriorated. How and who could do such a thing in a pool with a large crowd of people is incomprehensible to the mind.
The bar was not used, there is always a huge queue, one person does not have time. In general, a pleasant place to spend time relaxing with a child. However, what kind of rest for parents if they constantly need to look after their child? Water park plus a sauna complex. I liked both. The slides are different, with and without circles, and both adults and children were delighted. The baths are generally excellent, there are probably 10 types. And hot, and with a broom, and hammam, and herbal. We were under closure, there weren't many people.
The locker room is strange, you can't get out of the shower naked :-)

I really liked this water park) We used a coupon (70 BYN per person for an Aquazone + Baths for the whole day). The water is clean and pleasant, just the thing for swimming. Small, cozy enough (if you can say that about the water park)) place. We rented an apartment not far from it and decided to relax in the evening. Children, of course, liked the slides more, although there are few of them, adults like baths and a cold beer)) We were able to go outside when the people had mostly dispersed and sit in the pool in the fresh air. They say the Lebyazhy is bigger and more interesting, but I was too lazy to go there. For a hike in the evening (not for the whole day) is a very suitable option. I recommend it!

On January 19, 2025 , the entrance to the outdoor swimming pool was opened for free on Epiphany , and tents were set up where you can change clothes .There was free hot tea in the tent and it was possible to warm up after swimming in the outdoor pool in the fresh air, near the gas fire .I really liked how it was done with a warm attitude towards people and provided for everything. We even looked out for the safety of people who were swimming in the pool. Many thanks to the management for the opportunity.This was our first time here .I would like to walk for free at least once a month, so that this opportunity would appear for people to improve their health.Especially for pensioners and disabled people who do not have the opportunity to walk for a fee or can only afford to walk once a month. We will come again , but for a fee .

We visited the water park on 07.01.2025.
Let's start with the cons: there are no safes for storing valuables. That is, I can only leave my things in the stall and that's it. And if something happens, the administration is not responsible.
According to the menu in the cafe: well, not much. My 7-year-old daughter couldn't choose anything ((I ate a pancake and tea. There is no pizza, no French fries separately. I would advise you to finalize this issue.
And now to the BIG advantages: I REALLY liked the water park. The polite staff, of whom there are many in the park, constantly asked them questions. My daughter could ride all the slides except one (the "toilet bowl", she has been swimming since she was 10 years old and needs to be able to swim well, the depth at the entrance to the water is 2.5 m).
The slides are cool, we were there from 18.30 to 21.30 and by 20.00 there were practically no people.
Plus, there is a large number of hot water Jacuzzis on the territory of the water park, that's cool - you can always drive a child to warm up.
Cool sauna complex. There are many baths, a Jacuzzi with hot water, a pool with green water)))

And so. I have been to this complex more than once. Everything is done well, everything seems to be technologically advanced, but I decided to take the vip zone service. And you know, I had to go through this quest. On the website and in the insta, everything is beautifully painted what it costs, only it does not indicate that you cannot purchase a VIP zone without the service of an aquazone. And it turns out like this. The minimum stay in the aquazone is 3 hours, although the VIP zone is charged by the hour. And it turns out for three hours of the VIP zone with all payments for 2 adults and two children under 3 years old (insurance for small ones) amounted to 270 rubles. There are no privileges or advantages. There is a service for ordering online food from the bar using a Qr code, but it does not work. They don't say this at the checkout or don't know it. And the cash register is a separate story. The staff themselves do not really know how to calculate the time of stay correctly. They counted for 20 minutes. So, the VIP zone is purely for the amateur.

I liked the place, but there are a couple of nuances.
1. Why is one slide (which is like a springboard) not working / last time I visited in February 2024, and it didn't work either/
2. Why artificially create queues for a slide or a flying saucer (toilet bowl) by taking temporary breaks? Not only is the operating mode not strictly observed, but also at the moments when the slide starts, a queue forms because people want to get there.
3. Are many water supply points (in particular in Jacuzzis/pools) not working, are there many waterfalls, are the water rails broken or are they simply not turned on?
4. I would like to note the courtesy of the staff at the reception, in the cloakroom, on the part of the rescuers and instructors.
BUT at the exit (07.01.2025 at about 5 pm), there was a very rude and not polite woman who, for no reason at all, began to rudely yell at me that they were handing over the bracelets first, and then they were going to the exit. It's like I've only been here once, how would I know if there's no big sign indicating.
PS In February 2024, the cafe included a product that was not purchased. It's good that we figured it out in time. I've read the latest reviews from 2025, and I see that the situation hasn't changed.

Very polite rescuers, they explained everything how to do what. The water temperature is comfortable. If you go with small children, then this is the very thing, a good children's area. One of the large pools in Minsk left quite pleasant impressions. And everything seems to be fine, starting from the locker rooms and ending with different types of saunas. Lots of space, relatively low prices, 6 slides, a "lazy" river.
I was upset by the bar near the saunas, where only ONE girl worked, who showed her dissatisfaction and fatigue with her whole appearance (which is not surprising on Saturday evening). The food was cold and the drinks were warm.

Today was the first time in this water park, we liked everything, the rest was 100% successful and even more. The baths are excellent, they warmed up, inhaled useful aromas, rolled down the slides, swam, it's warm everywhere, in general it's great.
And most importantly, I want to express my gratitude to the people who work there, especially the rescuers - know that your every working day is our safety and help in difficult times. The 11-year-old child needed help because the Space Saucer slide is allowed from the age of 10, the instructors said. Although the description states strictly from the age of 14 and the fact that it is allowed from 10 is a violation, we will not go to it anymore!!! Thank you to the lifeguard (pictured) for helping after leaving the slide into the 2.5 m deep pool (!), we are immensely grateful to you. If it weren't for this moment, the whole water park is wonderful.

The ticket price included floarting, but alas, it did not work out and this is perhaps the only complaint against this institution. We are tourists, we arrived three days ago, spontaneously decided to go to the water park, and the places for the floarting are painted that just not for a week in advance. As an option, why not leave a couple of hours to visit the tourist sailing, and not by appointment, since you include it in the ticket? If you get ready, keep this in mind. The children tried everything on the slides during their 7-hour stay. From 19 to 20, there was almost no one left and all the working slides had a maximum of 5-6 people in line. I liked a lot of things in the spa: various baths and saunas, a shower like rain, a snow room.

I almost lost my hair in a barrel of beef water near the steam room in the aqua zone.
There were 3 of us in it. I'm with a friend and a stranger, suddenly I felt my head being pulled to the edge of the barrel - my hair started to get sucked into the pipe............ it was with such force that I barely managed to pull away, and when I turned around, I screamed when I saw a clump of hair at the junction of the tiles near the very place where my hair was sucked in.
I was just shocked, thinking for a second that it was my hair, and that I now have a bald spot on my head - there were a lot of torn hair there - but, as it turned out, not mine- fortunately!
I am deeply sorry for the girl who experienced this!
