Suuuuperrrr place...It's great to have a family vacation...there is a cafe on the 22nd floor, excellent, polite staff, pleasant atmosphere and of course... the view...this is something) ...gallery..the photo zone...The review on the 23rd floor... everything is great!

We were at night, it looks very spectacular from the outside, a huge cube, everything is glowing. There is an observation deck, but we didn't get to it, we needed it during the day, and we were passing through. In general, this location is mandatory next time.

Pleasant staff (except for special pensioners), nice design from the inside, though it's a little cold in the reading rooms. A complicated system for searching and ordering literature, they would like to update it. But, in general, the impressions are pleasant :) Very nice coffee shop inside, lovely decorations 💖

I really love this place. A great time for every weekend I have. A huge number of books, new editions, bestsellers. The staff is polite and helps in finding the right books. There is a coffee shop, a toilet on each floor, offices to which a passage with a reader's ticket is always open for you. The atmosphere is amazing. The best place to study and work from home!

I applied to the library to search for a book that was published in a small print run. It wasn't in their archives. But the electronic document delivery service found the copy I needed by sending a request to major cities of Russia. I was surprised and delighted when I was informed that the book had been found and, moreover, there was an electronic version of it in full... So, contact this library to search for publications that are interesting to you. There is a very high probability that they can be found. The only disadvantage of the library is the inability to install its software on a PC in a computer room. (for example, if you are studying and you need to complete tasks in a special version of the software that you brought with you)

We were on the observation deck of the library.
Panoramic elevator, lifts to the 22nd and 23rd floors. On the 22nd floor there is a covered observation deck, a gallery and a cafe, very decent, by the way.
And on the 23rd floor there is an open observation deck.
I can see the city well, I liked it.
I advise you to visit.
The ticket is 5 Belarusian rubles.
