The girls at the checkout are friendly and friendly! The service is good. But the ban itself is a snail brake..
For how many years he has not been able to organize a decent sale of coins.. there is no sending coins as an example in Austria.. New coins are only there or much more expensive in some banks..
It's just awful!!! Today, from 8.30 to 14.30 (a short day), only 160 people were served at the cash desk (they sold coins). Other customers, for example, to exchange old money for new ones, simply could not get to the cashier, since the queue is scheduled for the 500th number. There are three cash registers, but only one works, and then very slowly. On average, 2 minutes and 25 seconds per person. And this is just to calculate the customer for the purchase as in the store. It's just a disgusting attitude towards people who are freezing in line on the street.
I exchanged old Belarusian rubles for new ones. I expected torments with passport data, questions to a foreign citizen, etc. Everything went quickly and even boring :-)
