- the mail can be answered for several days. - on the phone at all ...... Get through ! - it is completely unclear why technical support is needed, there is no help. If at least one private company worked like this, complaints would already be sent to all authorities, and everything is possible with this. As long as the company's money is paid (voluntarily or forcibly).

This is not the first time I have been taking advanced training courses in procurement. They explain everything clearly. You can always make a phone call and consult, they will always prompt and help. It is also a convenient location. The only drawback is 2 elevators for such a building, where there is a high passability of people, this is not enough.
