The clients have nothing to do with it at all, you crazy creature.
Some pros, no cons. Everything is on top. I definitely recommend it.

There are just no words. I have repeatedly had to order EDS and attribute certificates, but it is in this organization that I constantly encounter sloppiness of employees. Then they forget to give the contract, come again, then they send the key to other tax offices, because they are very busy, they forgot to upload the certificate, wait. For some reason, I have never encountered such a thing at NCEU. And every time there is some kind of rudeness without a reason (not so much knocked, not reminded, etc.). Moreover, this is not only my opinion, I constantly hear complaints from colleagues about these would-be employees of the marketing center. It is a forced measure to contact them only because of the etp certificate.
We've been calling all day to clarify the information for paying the bill! When I arrived at the center the next day to get the key, I saw this phone ringing on the employee's desk and they just never took it off!!! I drew her attention to the fact that people are calling you and you are not filming - no reaction! Terrible!!!!!! Is this the quality of a paid service?
I will add that I spent 50 minutes there in order to arrange a 5-minute operation.
I understood why there are magnetic locks on the doors in every office, you can't go in without a call, even to clarify something - because the quality of work is such that you need to hide from people!!!

I work in the organization as a procurement specialist. There are often problems with the operation of the public procurement platform. It is impossible to work.. there are always some mistakes, always some innovations, glitches in the work of the site. And when you call tech support, they talk to you like the most uneducated and stupid person. This is not the first time this has happened. No matter how many employees I talk to, there are always terribly angry, unfriendly, hostile personalities. Then what is the point of this tech support??? Make you look like a fool? I know that this attitude applies not only to me, but also to employees from other organizations. When compared with other procurement sites, this is heaven and earth. Please pay attention to the service of people and high-quality answers, and not "fuck off". These same employees must show and reflect the image of the organization. And after such a CONSTANTLY UNFRIENDLY attitude, I don't want to have anything to do with this site.
It's not a bad place, the waiting time if you get in successfully will not exceed twenty minutes, but if you get into an influx of customers, you can spend two hours!
In general, if you look closely, the staff there is friendly and correct. Although there is a minus in queues. Even the attribute keys for working on sites for a period of 2 years
They may work well , there are no complaints about the quality, but respect for customers is at zero with at least 5 free chairs available , they were not allowed to sit
I have always respected the Belarusian Foreign Ministry. Real professionals. From the minister to the simplest employee. They were served quickly, promptly, there are hand sanitizers everywhere. The staff is friendly. Thank you.
