I liked the food and the service. The waiter brings everything quickly. Compliments were brought by local buns (baursak) and something like ayran (I didn't remember the local name). The portions are large. The place is definitely not about the diet. Everything that was tasted was either rich or fatty or very sweet.

We were with my wife 2 times.
For the first time, they refused to sit by the window, referring to the reservation (3 tables by the window were empty, only 2 had plates with armor). When we were about to leave the restaurant, which was 20% full, for another place, they decided to put us at a table by the window.
Today we are in a period when all Muslims go to eat. There were no free tables, visually, which was confirmed by the hostess of the restaurant. We decided to take it on our own, and have dinner at home. While they were choosing from the menu, a new couple entered the restaurant, asked about the availability of tables and they were seated at the table.
They cook delicious, the attitude towards customers (maybe Russian) is extremely negative, in terms of price-taste-service ratio 1.5 points out of 5. Rounded down. We will not come to this particular institution anymore. Maybe we'll visit other establishments of the chain.

We were in Astana for only a day. We were advised to visit this institution. We were delighted. The food is very tasty. We ordered beshbarmak with beef, manti, baursaks were brought warm and delicious as a compliment, and something like ayran was also served. And very tasty tea was taken on the advice of the waiter, unfortunately, I did not remember the name. The staff is very polite and friendly. The waiting time is not long. They gave away about 20,000 tenge. I recommend visiting the NAVAT teahouse. Such an atmospheric place. I forgot to mention the awesome view from the window.
