A great restaurant. A wide menu. The traditional dishes are very tasty. The portions are large, in my opinion there are more portions in Bishkek than in Almaty. The staff is trying to make your visit to the institution better. Well done! Everything is clean. I wish the owner to open establishments in Russian cities. They will be successful. Prices in Almaty are higher than in Bishkek restaurants.

A chain restaurant, I do not recommend it if you want to get acquainted with the national cuisine. The interior is pleasant, that's probably all.
Half of the lamb dishes are missing, the beshbarmak is strange, the meat is cut as if into manti, sooooo small, so it's just stupidly inconvenient to even put it on a plate. The kebab is small pieces of meat and, apparently, a chicken is added, but since it was brought slightly warm, the frozen fat was chewed.
Although, in fairness, manta rays are normal, salads are also ok.

And I'm shooting a star for the staff. In Kyrgyzstan, the service is automatically included in the receipt. And in a particular institution, people do not try at all, they asked for a glass of water, it was brought after all the dishes and drinks, although they were reminded 3 times.
Another time they carried beer for a long time.
At breakfast, they said that the coffee machine was heating up, so there would be no coffee.
But I don't consider these to be critical disadvantages, so you can go)

Excellent cafe / restaurant in the national style and cuisine of Central Asia (and not only). If you came to Kyrgyzstan as a terrorist, go boldly, you will not regret it.
A rich selection of dishes, a very reasonable price (I compare it with the Russian cities of millinikia) and the quality of the food - you will definitely go there and be satisfied.
I highly recommend lagman/tsomyan and fried mantas. And from the traditionally national - beshbamak and necessarily boorsoki (baursaks).
For a company of 8 people, we gave a total of about 9,500 som (about 9,000 rubles as of July 2023)

We visited several times during our trip, unfortunately the first and last visits differ sharply not in favor of the best.
On the first day, we took a couple of salads and each took a horse meat beshbarmak! Just fire! Plus baklava is great! On the second day, it's the opposite! Beshbarmak with mutton has already regretted the meat, they took the lamb kebab (flesh) almost all returned (veins, cartilage, not to live), it was removed from the bill....I wish you stability! Is it not a lot to charge 15% for the service???
