What should I say? I have booked the time and place of my birthday celebration in Navat on Makatayev. 50 thousand tenge prepayment. I called in 1 hour to make sure everything was fine. It looked like the Receptionist had forgotten about the reservation. I urgently started offering other locations of this network. And I already have guests coming, you know. We had to postpone the start of the celebration by an hour. In the wrong place, as they say, and at the wrong time. I'm shocked, to be honest. I don't often celebrate my birthday in a cafe. In this case, it was an anniversary. I will not recommend this place to anyone else. And if I hadn't called and we would have come at the appointed time?
