All lost, the order was not accepted immediately, the water was carried for more than 10 minutes, the admin found out with the waiters the mistake of booking tables right in the hall. I was lifted from the table, which turned out to be reserved, and the "reserved" sign was placed on another table, by the way, I sat down at the only free table, everything was reserved or not free. Отмечали семейный праздник. Всё было замечательно. Национальная кухня. Всё приготовлено с любовью. Баурсаки со сметаной просто таят во рту. Ташкентский чай и чак-чак надо брать обязательно! Чуткое и крайне доброжелательное обслуживание.

A new branch of NavaT, opened literally like half a year ago, they cook delicious, the pilaf is awesome, there are no complaints about the kitchen. We celebrated the kindergarten on the 3rd floor, there is also a large playroom, the children are delighted! At a price slightly more expensive than other branches.

Очень красивый ресторан с восточной тематикой. Вкусная кухня. Были на Найрыз, нас угощали свежими, горячими баурсаками и кумысом (комплимент от ресторана в честь праздника). Рекомендую

Еда очень вкусная, залы украшены в восточном стиле, персонал вежливый, униформа тоже соответствует стилю ресторана, на третьем этаже есть игровая зона для детей, очень удобно.

Первый раз в Казахстане, и попал в это прекрасное заведение. Заказывал национальные блюда, все на очень высоком уровне, все очень вкусно! обслуживающий персонал заслуживает отдельной похвалы молодцы🙏👍🏻

Красивое заведение, но самое отвратительное обслуживание, с которым мне приходилось сталкиваться вообще. Отмечали детский праздник, официант записал заказ, потом через час выяснилось что половины блюд нет, окей, перезаказали - всем столом угадывая что же есть все-таки из меню, так как официант все время уходил спрашивать есть ли в наличии то или иное блюдо, в итоге еду еле дождались, напитки несли тоже час, даже простую воду, лимонад и вино тоже пришлось выпрашивать у чужих официантов. Потом наш официант вообще исчез, пришлось ловить всех мимо проходящих, которые также пытались помочь чем могли, но от этого вечер лучше не стал. Разговаривали со старшей, администратором, они конечно постарались сгладить конфликт, но вечер был безнадежно испорчен.
