An interesting story in Samarkand, there are a number of restaurants that impose everything from taxi drivers, citizens and hotel staff. And we got into them, but we were very disappointed, "we gave your place away, sit here" in one and "and here are great places" (near the unloading area right in the restaurant)
It's strange that these places are called restaurants.
And having decided to make a choice on their own, they got to NAWAT, confused by the lack of guests, apparently they were in line in Karimbek and Samarkand))
They took a chance and did not miss, the atmosphere is really Asian, the interior, the music, the whole atmosphere is immersive. There is a separate thing about the kitchen, it is so sensitive to each dish that you want to try everything. In general, everything))
The service is so fast that at the moment we stopped the guys to have time to absorb everything evenly.
In our opinion, this is really a Samarkand restaurant. Without the disco, the noise of a bunch of tourists. But the main thing is food, it is above all gastronomic orgasms.

We came in purely by accident. Good cuisine. The waiters are very polite. The restaurant did not have the right amount of wine, which we liked. The waiter guys solved this issue and got us the right amount. The choice of dishes is huge. Unfortunately, they have trouble roasting steaks (they overcook a lot). But the lamb loin and the cradle were beautiful. Overall, I liked it. I will definitely come back on occasion.
