This is not even a house, but a Georgian-styled manor house, probably the best house in the area. Beautiful well-maintained territory. Friendly, conscientious, responsive hosts. As many vacationers wrote, the hostess greeted us with wine - it's so homely. The rooms are cozy and clean. My husband and I lived in a room with a view of the mountain, which amazed with its beauty, both in the morning at the first rays of the sun and in the evening, when all the guests, comfortably sitting even in windy weather, wrapped up under blankets, good-naturedly prepared by the owners, sipped wine in armchairs and rocked on rockers, peacefully admired the mountain. It's not far to go to the center, with a walking warm-up step of 7 minutes. But I didn't even want to stay and sit in many restaurants and cafes. But having equipped themselves with wine and snacks, they ran to their favorite terrace to admire the view of the mountains. The house has a small kitchenette with a refrigerator, tea, coffee, kitchen utensils. Breakfast is served in the lobby on the second floor at large tables. At that moment, my whole family of 5 felt like nobles. The breakfast is continental, but very good. There are a lot of vacationers in the house, but no one interfered with each other, everyone found their own cozy corner and sat there, either buried in phones with a Wi-Fi network from the owners, or sipped wine with fruit or just relaxed on the terrace. The family was delighted. I think it makes no sense to overpay for hotels with a view of Kazbeg, this is a great place for reasonable money. The view of Kozbeg is unpredictable, and from the terrace you will be able to admire it around the clock in the fog and in the rays of the bright sun.
