I ordered a bouquet and a bento set. We sent a bouquet with exhausted flowers and a bento with the inscription Narru Birthday (although I asked for it with the inscription Love). The result is that instead of positive emotions, a person got disappointed. I did not receive any reaction to the request to correct the order, but only ridiculous excuses. The service level is 0 out of 10. This is my second order. The test order was the same with the joint, but at least there was a good bouquet. Order at your own risk, but I will definitely pass
