Unlike the large branch on Dubovaya Street, this branch works much worse. Firstly, there is only one cash register, so customer service is very long; secondly, I replenished my visa there a couple of times, and two times the currency did not arrive on the visa. I had to go to this branch again or call the bank's support service. Very often, when receiving an international transfer in a foreign currency, they slip bills with very minor "defects", and then, when you come to exchange them for bags, they ask you to pay a 5% commission.

The bank branch is small, they start working late, from 10-00, while there are always a lot of people, and they serve visitors on duty, how many times they always passed by, it's a pity to waste so much time, which is already not enough. One of the advantages is that there is an exchange office and the dollar purchase rate is more profitable than that of private dealers
