I visited the studio for the first time yesterday. And from the very first minutes, I got a great impression of the studio. They told me everything in detail and showed me. Master Victor asked about everything in detail, and during the session he constantly asked about his well-being and discomfort. After the massage, I told in detail about the problems that I have and told how they need to be solved. He also indicated which type of massage is suitable for me at the moment. The studio itself is very cozy and atmospheric.

They gave my wife a certificate. I ordered 2 treatments, a massage and a scrub. There are no questions about massage, when they started scrubbing, the scrub was simply smeared, and then it turned out that the pipe was clogged and it was impossible to wash. As soon as it became clear, they wiped it off with napkins and sent it home. As a result, the procedure, which was announced for 30 minutes, ended 10 minutes after the start. No one offered to refund the money or come back again. No one offered to solve this issue somehow either.
To clarify: the response of the review says that they will contact you and give you a bonus. They didn't contact me and ignored me.

I really liked the procedure. I was pleased that they asked me about my preferences in massage (for example, a man or a woman, a minimum of conversations and the force of impact on the body). Master Victor Kamoza, I liked the fact that he worked with the entire palm surface (and not just with his fingertips), regularly asked if I was comfortable. The room is very warm and the music is pleasant. The receptionist is a very polite girl. I recommend. I wish success to this studio.
