They gave my wife a certificate. I ordered 2 treatments, a massage and a scrub. There are no questions about massage, when they started scrubbing, the scrub was simply smeared, and then it turned out that the pipe was clogged and it was impossible to wash. As soon as it became clear, they wiped it off with napkins and sent it home. As a result, the procedure, which was announced for 30 minutes, ended 10 minutes after the start. No one offered to refund the money or come back again. No one offered to solve this issue somehow either.
To clarify: the response of the review says that they will contact you and give you a bonus. They didn't contact me and ignored me.

I really liked the procedure. I was pleased that they asked me about my preferences in massage (for example, a man or a woman, a minimum of conversations and the force of impact on the body). Master Victor Kamoza, I liked the fact that he worked with the entire palm surface (and not just with his fingertips), regularly asked if I was comfortable. The room is very warm and the music is pleasant. The receptionist is a very polite girl. I recommend. I wish success to this studio.

Регулярно хожу в эту студию уже больше полугода. И хочу сказать, что здесь всегда все на уровне: приветливые и вежливые администраторы, профессиональные мастера, уютное пространство.
Хожу чаще к разным мастерам из-за графика и хочу сказать, что здесь действительно все мастера профессионалы. Всегда выхожу очень расслабленная, отдохнувшая.

Мне очень нравится в этой студии атмосфера и заботливое отношение персонала. Хожу на массаж к Елене. После сеанса у меня каждый раз как будто вырастают крылья за спиной и я лечу по улице с улыбкой :) Также однажды была на массаже лица. Очень хорошо расслабилась. Обязательно приду ещё!

Хочу оставить свой отзыв и слова благодарности массажисту Елене. Замечательный специалист. Проходила курс массажа лица. Эффект заметила практически сразу. Подтянулся овал лица, стали заметны скулы, ушли мешки под глазами. Стала получать комплименты от знакомых.))) Плюс очень доброжелательная и уютная атмосфера в студии. Хочется возвращаться снова и снова).
