Plus, the location, you can walk from the bus station, there are many minibuses walking by, attractions and the port are within walking distance.
Cons:
- the room was very damp. The swimsuit has not dried out in two days. We had a microscopic room on the 1st floor, without a balcony, with windows facing the courtyard.
- there was not a single hot water in the two days of staying at the hotel. I couldn't wash myself. By the way, if you wash, the entire floor in the shower will be damp.
- The Internet is bad, slow and often fell off.
- there is no kettle or cups in the room. Hot water from the coffee machine is available free of charge at the reception. All other drinks are paid.
You can spend the night on the way, but there is no desire to return a second time.
We lived only one night in order to spend the night and go to the airport.
Positive:
- location, 5 minutes to the tombs, 20 minutes to the bus station, 15 minutes to the streets with food and the port.
- it's pretty quiet and calm.
- a clean room.
Cons:
- the shower room is poorly made from the point of view of design, the water does not have time to run away and the toilet / shower floor will be flooded with water.
- there are no blankets.
- the condor does not work well for heating, even when set at 30 degrees.
- there is no kettle, you have to take hot water at the reception, it's good that it's free.
Thank you for the rest between trips to Turkey.
We lived for 10 days, in general OK, but the price is very high!

+ (but with nuances)
The most pleasant thing about this hotel is the location. The old town and the promenade can be reached on foot, but it is not as crowded and not as noisy as in the very center. There are shops for every taste in the vicinity, cafes, in general, there were no problems with this.
There is no private parking, there is a city free parking along the street, we managed to park the car every evening, but there was literally 1 free space.
Nice terrace, but for smokers there is only 1 ashtray for everyone.
We cleaned and changed towels every day (except for a couple of days). In general, the hotel is clean and tidy.
The room has a nice enough design, so it was nice to be there.
Someone wrote here about hard pillows — normal pillows, it's a matter of taste, I don't like it when there are no pillows and my head is lying on the mattress.
The mattresses are very comfortable. I slept well overall, perhaps because we were tired during the day.
But the blanket is just a thin blanket, I understand that it's hot in Turkey, but when you turn on the air conditioner it gets too cold, you want to cover yourself with something dense.
The air conditioner doesn't really seem to change the temperature (it blows by 16 degrees) and because of the size of the room it inevitably blows into a person, my friend got sick at the end because of this. It is also impossible with the window open - it is stuffy. I had to wake up at night and turn it on and off all the time.
Friendly staff, ready to help.
The water was hot, but the toilet sometimes smelled of sewage.

Very very small rooms! We were ready for this, but not that ready!
We lived here for 10 days, and even though we were given a room for three instead of two (we lived with a friend), I can say that the room felt like the tiniest of all! (307) at first I thought they tried for us, but in the end I realized that they didn't!
Strangely, one person would sleep in a double room and one in a single room, although we initially paid for a room with two single beds.
While people were constantly leaving the other rooms, I could look at and compare the rooms! They were clearly more spacious (Although some did not have, for example, at least some kind of wardrobe.)
Since we only spent the night here, the hotel would not be suitable for another, either for a couple of days, or only at night to sleep.
Keep in mind that there are mosques nearby and you will hear singing both at 12 at night and at 5 in the morning.
Terrible breakfasts - DON'T TAKE THEM, wasted money. The same thing is offered every day (boiled eggs/scramble, 1 type of sausage, 1 type of Feta cheese, cucumbers/tomatoes, something like cereal, watermelon) And attention — INSTANT COFFEE! In Turkey!!
We could at least change the variety of products, again, let me remind you - we are in Turkey, where there are a lot of different fruits, I am generally silent about cheap instant coffee ...
Strong audibility of everything that happens in the hotel.
There is no place for accessories in the bathroom.
You can book and pay on the spot, which is a plus for people without a foreign card (the main reason why you chose this hotel)
There is no water, you need to buy it at a nearby store.
I liked the hotel! Clean room with balcony, everything works, friendly staff, good breakfasts. It is located 15 minutes from the bus station, and it is also close to the embankment.
Usually the reviews about this hotel are good, and I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for one thing - there was dust and other people's hair on the floor in my room, so it wasn't particularly convenient to walk barefoot.
The location is average, within walking distance of the bus station and the city center. A modest but quite acceptable breakfast is served in the morning.
