Positive. We checked in on time, the staff is friendly. The room is clean, cleaned on time. The room itself is large, bright, and the TV and refrigerator are in working order. Very convenient location. All attractions are within walking distance. You can walk from the railway station (30 minutes)
Cons.
The room description mentioned the presence of an air conditioner. It was hanging, but the remote control was missing. The staff said that they only turn on the air conditioners in summer. But heat and stuffiness are subjective concepts. It is necessary to warn in advance about those who are not working in autumn, winter, and spring. In fact, there is no air conditioner.
The hotel does not enter into correspondence. If you need to clarify something, it's better to call yourself. I sent two letters with questions, they got through, but I haven't received a response in three weeks.
Dinners are weak, portions are small.

Great hotel in the city center! He has no stars, but he will "give odds" to many 4 and 5 star hotels. Clean, beautiful, big. We had a double comfort room, it was very large in size, up to 25-30 sq. m. with a view of the city square, a large bathroom. The room is technically sound, clean and comfortable. Equipped with bathrobes, slippers, hygiene products, drinking water, tea sets, etc. Breakfast with a variety of dishes, cooked deliciously. The oldest pharmacy, the Catalytic cathedral, the drama theater and much more are within walking distance. If I ever come to Grodno again, I will only stay at the Neman Hotel!)

This year, we finally managed to visit the beautiful city of Grodno, and the Neman Hotel was chosen as our place of residence. The overall impressions are positive, see below in more detail. The hotel is located in the very center of the historical part of the city, all the main attractions are as close as possible, there are many cafes and restaurants around, the location is 5+. There are two parking lots, the first one on the front side of Stefan Batory Street, the second one is large in the courtyard, there will be no problems where to park the car. We booked a two-room suite on the fifth floor. The room is spacious, closets, tables, bed, sofa are all there. The furniture is not new, the condition is generally good. The windows faced the courtyard, there were no sounds of the street. As always, the sound insulation between rooms leaves much to be desired (this is the norm almost everywhere). The price includes breakfasts and dinners, here you need to learn a little more. The buffet breakfasts are the most common, almost unchanged every day. It's good that they are there, plus. But, on the days of the arrival of delegations and tour groups, those same delegates and tourists from the very early morning very quickly sweep away absolutely EVERYTHING. In this case, come either earlier (which is unlikely) or a little later. Dinners. Dinners differ from breakfasts in that they consist of a choice of 6-7 dishes and a glass of mors. This line-up did not change during our stay (4 days). We tried everything, very well and the portions are good. Perhaps the only drawback is cleaning, in our case, almost complete absence of it. There has never been a single visit during the entire stay, only garbage collection. Despite the fact that there were no mosquito nets on the windows, a lot of dust flew in when the window was open. They forgot to bring the toilet by the end of the stay. In terms of the cost of living, the price tag in comparison, for example, in the cities of the Golden Ring is quite acceptable. The staff responds to all requests as quickly as possible, and if they have any questions, they try to help. To summarize: the Neman hotel is a good option for staying in Grodno, the cleaning has spoiled the overall good impression, nevertheless, you can safely stay here.
