We celebrated a birthday, ordered everything a month before the desired date. Together with the administrator (the receptionist who records everything) we chose the date, the time, the bubble show, and the hero who will entertain us. It would seem that everything will be fine, but it was not there.
Firstly, we went there and they announced the price to me 2 times more than they originally agreed (perhaps their entire price list has changed, but alas, no one warned me). Secondly, when all the children gathered at the soap bubble show, the wrong character entered the door, which we discussed earlier. When I went to the reception and asked what was going on and why the wrong character appeared that I wanted, they answered me, "So you didn't say what kind of character it would be" (I'll note again, everything was discussed in a month), as it turned out, the administrator forgot to write (the error with the animator was eliminated). Thirdly, my child, as well as I, were wearing white socks, as a result they were black as if we were walking on sand! And fourthly, the window was open. Kids are running around half naked and no one cares!
The mood after the center is disgusting, not because of the money, but because of the spoiled holiday!
