To get service at this bank, you need to come to the branch with a dog, some kind of gadget that can take you for several hours and a lot of patience. It will take a long time to wait, since a lot of workers there carry mugs, talk in groups with each other, generally do anything, but not serve customers in a huge queue. The smell is like in a tavern made of a mixture of tea, coffee sandwiches and something else.
