Transfers are given only in Belarusian rubles at the exchange rate, since Russian rubles have run out and today it was clearly stated that it is unknown when they will arrive.. tomorrow you will have to go very early, take a queue to finally get your money..
It's a terrible place, the work of the bank is not regulated in any way. On 19.08, it was announced that transfers would be issued before 15:30 (there was no information about this on the website, only upon arrival at the bank branch), today on 22.08 people arrived with the expectation of receiving money, but abruptly, again without warning (on the website, for example), the opening time was announced until 13:00. If you want to save your nerves and possibly money, avoid interacting with this bank.
