There is no service. The booking for the VIP booth was for 4 hours, we arrived on time, we were taken to another branch(🤷🏼♀️). As a result: we sat for 3.5 hours, we were asked to leave, since our time was over. It turned out that they told us about booking for three hours, although they came to tell us about it after 3.5 hours. Some kind of magic. Not having finished our time, we left the food we ordered and just left.
About ordering food, they carried it for a very long time, every time they said that everything would be fine now, but it dragged on for half an hour. Of the staff there are young people who do not know how to knock and just enter , after which some of them do not close the door. We asked for a board game , it's busy 🤦♀️ we played 11 Mortal Kombat , many characters are not open. Karaoke was being sung, two of the three microphones were discharged twice. The couches in the booth were a little dirty, crumbs from food. As a result, we were offered a 15% discount on the next visit.

Nothing special, the prices are adequate, the location is convenient. Ofics are lazy if you are in the open air (the downside of being annoying is that they become like that if you are in a booth and God forbid in karaoke). There are board games, but not really.
