I would like to express my deep gratitude to the brilliant doctor Pavel Anatolyevich Parkalov. It was only thanks to his knowledge, experience and great love for all tailed patients that he extended the life of my Devon Rex Elf cat for a whole year. He was 12 years old and had a lot of chronic sores. In another clinic, my pet, where he had been observed all his life, was simply abandoned in impotence! In May of this year, Pavel Anatolyevich simply saved my second cat, Eureka, with severe intestinal inflammation. A timely correct diagnosis, professionally prescribed treatment and a very sensitive, attentive attitude to my pet simply saved the life and health of my second cat. In our case, there is something to compare with, the communication experience is negative, it is clear that no one is obliged to love your animal like you do, but at least show empathy, not indifference, the price tag for the operation is such that you can't believe your ears, we had to cope on our own and thank God we pulled through! But maybe someone will be lucky....and yes, the reception is terrible, that's old, that's young, too, it's not a big deal, we'll go where we went before, but not here. I don't recommend it

However, ultrasound of the heart is not done in this clinic :(Well, with the ultrasound results, it is better to additionally make an appointment with a doctor for explanations and prescriptions. The best doctor, by far, Pavel Anatolyevich Parkalov is a very competent specialist with deep knowledge in various fields of veterinary medicine. The clinic additionally sells the necessary veterinary medicines, all sorts of additional medical items and feed. One of the disadvantages is that the work is not organized very competently. During Parkalov's shift, the clinic is full of medical staff, while the rest are at a minimum. And the work of administrators leaves much to be desired: two out of three are inattentive, indifferent, and unable to resolve crisis situations

I want to express my gratitude to the veterinarian Potapovich Elizaveta Konstantinovna. Thanks to her professional advice, our beagle dog Moby managed without surgery. She alone advised, when determining the exact intestinal obstruction, to do a diagnostic laparoscopy of the intestine after repeated ultrasound. After repeated ultrasound the next day, it turned out that if there was a foreign body, it went into the colon. After the establishment of additional treatment, two days later, the dog's stool returned to normal. Everything went without surgery!!! Thank you Elizaveta Konstantinovna for your professionalism!

I really like this vet clinic!! Two excellent surgeons performed a serious operation on my cat!! My cat is alive, I am immensely grateful to them.
The clinic itself is bright, there is air conditioning, Drinking bowls for animals and bottled water for the owners)
There is an ultrasound machine, there is no X-ray machine, but it can be done 150 meters from the clinic.
All the staff are friendly, helpful, they will always tell you if something is not clear. Some medicines can be purchased directly at the clinic. The prices are reasonable.
There is a small parking lot behind the barrier, but there are always places. They open it on a call.
There is a mini shopping center nearby, there are places there too, but more on weekends.

I am writing a review just to warn people who have pets with the same problem as my cat.
We were at the reception 4(!) times. Minus a lot of money, nerves, and most importantly TIME. I really hoped that the doctors would help my kitty cope with the cough and find the cause, but it turned out that at the end of the treatment period (a month) we went to another clinic, X-rayed there and it turned out that the situation was much worse than it was before the start of treatment at the Neovet Plus clinic.
The last appointment was especially disappointing, when we said that the cough did not stop, but we were still prescribed the SAME antibiotic treatment. After a couple of days, the cat became much worse.
For comparison, in another clinic, the doctor only found out our medical history for 20 minutes: maybe there was a move? Do you live in Khrushchev or a new building? have you changed the filler? etc. As a result, the cause of the cough is most likely completely different. At the Neovet Plus clinic, they practically didn't ask us anything
Maybe there are good specialists in this clinic who really help, but, unfortunately, in our case it turned out to be the opposite.

Niko, I will never go to this clinic again in my life. The dog came to the clinic active, on his paws, everything was fine with him. We came for an ultrasound to see the condition of the internal organs. The ultrasound revealed problems with the kidneys and liver, but the dog was feeling well at that moment. The doctor Roshchenko O.A. decided to administer the drug Prednisone, which her colleague in this clinic had previously prescribed to inject ONCE and not repeat anymore, but apparently the doctors in this clinic do not respect each other's authority. The doctor, without even asking us, injected this drug along with others that were previously prescribed. She did not give us the opportunity to choose whether we need this drug, did not explain either the side effects or the consequences of this drug. The dog immediately began to have stomach cramps, the dog, to which the doctor said, "it can't be, apparently it's in the leg after the injection, the muscles contract." Apparently the doctor thinks that we can't tell the difference between a leg and a belly. The dog was sick, he could no longer stand on his feet, we carried him in our arms all the way home. Now the dog is lying like a sack, sluggish, before the injection it was lively and cheerful. I would give a lot if I never visited this place.

My cat and I really liked the clinic (well, maybe the cat didn't like it so much, after all, he was manipulated). The receptionist, a girl with curly hair, will tell you everything in detail, answer questions, tell you. The ultrasound technician also liked it very much, examined the cat in detail, then gave injections and ivs, advised a lot. The girl who is more often in the office, which is located behind the administrator. She also coaxed and encouraged my pet cat... I also suggested something useful. Damn, I didn't remember the names at all.... And of course, Dr. Andrey Valeryevich... (the only one whose name I remember) thank him for the work he did, for his sincerity, for playing with my cat. It was so sweet. Always friendly.
In general, the clinic is good. If there is a queue, they still try to accept even those who are without an appointment (because you never know when a pet will feel bad). The prices are reasonable. There is always a little water for visitors. Oh, and Dusya.... this is a separate luboffff.
