That famous statue of my father... who got out through the fire and through the fascists and ran away and his son died in his arms ... A man survived the death of a loved one in his arms ..... Stands in the center of the complex next to the roof of the barn from which he escaped

The sculpture of the Unconquered Man is part of the Khatyn memorial complex, made in the form of an old man holding a murdered child in his arms. The place is memorable, difficult, I recommend visiting.
