We arrived on a working day. There weren't many people in the water park. I liked everything. The staff is polite at all stages: at the checkout, in the wardrobe (when the clothes were picked up and the children came to training- the cloakroom attendants became stricter), at the entrance to the water park. They explain everything in detail, calmly, kindly.
The cafe was quite satisfied with the menu and prices.

We visited the water park on 07/26/24. The water in the pool was dirty and cold. The color of the water is yellowish, cloudy, I do not advise diving, you can catch an infection. And the slides are not bad, and there are rescuers, they monitor safety. BUT you have to keep an eye on the water! Especially in the summer season when there are a lot of children.

We went with the whole family, my daughter really liked it. So everything is fine, there is a lot of space, the water is clean, there are also disadvantages. I didn't like the fact that the locker room is shared, I'm in charge of everything, and to change clothes for this, they have separate booths in which you can't turn around. And also, in order to have a snack in a cafe, you had to put money in advance on a broslet that is given out at the entrance, otherwise you will remain hungry. In general, we swam, rode on slides, walked around all the saunas that were there.

We really like the Neptune Water Park. The water is warm, clean, pools and entertainment for different ages.
For very young children there is a pool with very warm water, in my opinion, 32-34 degrees and many different slides, for older children there is a pool with a temperature of 31-29 degrees, for teenagers and adults there are 4 cool slides, for everyone there are baths with different temperatures, a Charcot shower, a Jacuzzi. There are a lot of new cheesecakes, sun beds, vests are provided for children.

In the pools, my eyes and nose sting from chlorine, the slides are rusty, I did not feel the smell of urine, although someone wrote about it. The tile is chipped off in places by 10-30 cm. The water in the showers is cold. The children froze for 2-3 hours with a visit to the cafe and there is nothing else to do there
