I had a rest in early October 2023. This is the lowest level of a three-star hotel in terms of service, room cleaning and food that I have ever seen in Turkey. At the end of the rest, there was only one thing to say - it was good that I survived 11 days in this hellhole. So, about 'pleasant impressions'. The hotel is made on the basis of two former residential Turkish four-storey buildings, between which there is a small swimming pool, into which several kilograms of bleach are thrown daily. Rooms are cleaned only before check-in, then only sometimes the garbage is taken out. In the rooms there are cobwebs on the walls, smeared insects. The showers are in terrible condition, the layer of dirt on the tile is visible to the naked eye, the smell from the sewer is constant. Stated on the official website of the tour operator 'Pegasus' in fact, there is no renovation of the hotel at all. When selling tours, the Pegasus tour operator (and others like it) position this hotel as a three-star hotel with an all-inclusive catering system. In fact, it's a dead boarding house. The food is very poor and monotonous: for breakfast - eggs, olives, dry cottage cheese, bread, jam, cucumbers, tomatoes. You don't have to go to lunch at all - the nuggets are overcooked to the state of a shoe sole, the bullshit is complete. For dinner - bulgur with potatoes (generally shock) and a few grams of chicken (fish was only once in 11 days), three types of salad with cucumbers and tomatoes, which differ only in the presence or absence of butter and onions in them, and some strange soup puree from what is not they ate it for lunch. As a dish, pasta was repeatedly offered for dinner, which was not eaten at lunch, mixed with sour cream (just aerobatics of cooking in this hotel!). The cook at the hotel looks like a loader, has the appropriate culinary education and does not smell. Coffee in the hotel is also no good, such nonsense is poured into the coffee machine that it is better not to drink. In general, photos are attached, see. A separate respect to the largest tour operator "Pegasus", who has never designed this hotel at all and is fooling Russian tourists by selling tours to this shithole on an all-inclusive system. This is a complete disrespect to Russian tourists!!! If any of the government agencies see this review and who is still not indifferent to the service of Russian tourists in Turkish hotels, conduct a full check of Pegasus on this fact! I would really like to see Russian tourists 'Pegasus' properly fined for such deception. I hope that this review will help many travelers not to choose this hotel for a holiday in Turkey and spend their holidays in a more comfortable place
An inexpensive hotel. The staff is helpful. The pool is small. Meals for 3. Breakfast is the same every day, lunches are also of the same type, without a choice of main course. But you can eat! The hotel has a shuttle service to the beach and back (2 times there and 2 times back). There are sun loungers on the beach assigned to this hotel.
We liked the location of the hotel: close to shops, pharmacy, exchanger, close to the beach, and most importantly, the center, the ancient city and the bar promenade are within walking distance
We returned a few days ago. I was with my husband for 4 days. I just wanted to swim in the warm sea, I didn't want to pay a lot. A year ago, we visited Sochi for the same purpose - we won't do such a stupid thing anymore, because I don't want to get sick after one swim for three days out of 4. 67 thousand rubles were paid for Nergos for 5 nights. If you are interested, you can compare prices with Sochi - there is no point in comparing the weather and the sea, in my opinion. The room was a small standard, enough for 4 days: wardrobe, air conditioning (worked well), refrigerator (worked poorly), bedside table, ottoman, table, TV, balcony (2 chairs). Shampoo, aka liquid soap, is in abundance, normal, I still carry my own funds. The bed does not fall apart, the back does not hurt on it. The linen was clean. The towels are old, but washed. We did not see any terrible dirt, which they write about in the reviews. You just need to understand where you are going and for what money. This is an economical option: everything is old, the walls are whitewashed, the railing on the balcony was painted a long time ago. But public areas are washed every day, the pool is cleaned every day (perhaps guests do not always see this, because they go to the beach early). The tables are all wiped before eating. The food is super for diabetics! Tartlets made of sweets and some kind of jam (we don't eat, I don't know), cereals in the morning. Only white bread is baked. Menu scheme: 2-3 salads of fresh vegetables (awesome tomatoes, delicious cabbage salads) + pasta /rice and stewed vegetables. Once they gave fish, once stewed chicken, once chopped nuggets, once vegetables with hearts and liver. The cook lays out the hot dish himself, but, on the other hand, even if you are an hour late for the start of the meal, you will always get your portion. A very tasty assortment of pickles with a crunch, a good marinade.
We are 50 years old, we have certain food restrictions, we do not need pickles, we do not need pastries, we do not eat sweets, we do not have small children. We never ate in the city, because we were quite full of what we were given.
Water coolers in public areas. There are enough sun beds near the pool. We don't need sun beds, we don't need to roast in the sun either: we just swim. Therefore, we went to the beach of Selenium 1 time out of interest: 4 rows of double sun beds, a narrow, long entrance to the water. We mostly went to Side Star Beach in a straight line. Then the sea is even closer. We used to go to the "five". Yes, there was a variety of delicious, large family rooms. But Arnor, for example (where the food is very tasty), cost exactly twice as much. And, considering that you can't eat almost anything, and drinking local drinks is generally harmful (praise duty-free), does it make sense to go far from the sea and pay for food that you can't eat?.. Everyone knows about beer and wine - they are not "Ah!". We always bought drinks at the shops anyway. We drank gin here a couple of times (they pour it only at dinner) - it's better not to drink a lot of it) My husband said that the rest is even worse). Of course, I wouldn't come here for a week or more. But as an adventurous burning trip after the anniversary celebration with the aim of swimming, it's not so scary.
It's okay for me, it says hotel, and it should be perceived in this format. This is not a hotel in the generally accepted concept of Turkish hotels. The pool is well maintained, the room is family-run, freshly painted, hot water is always available, the staff is a team of guys - they try. They take us to the beach, we walked with our feet, adapted for 3-4 days, plus eating salads- stews. There is no meat, no baking, so the shape has been tightened))). If you depend on the Internet- that's where the trouble is- to sit near the reception without a conditioner, sweating, inhaling cigarette smoke - they smoke without hesitation, even though the children are nearby, and in general they smoke on the territory and in the dining room the same. In Turkey, they generally smoke and smoke, furnishing the process with amenities, so it's obvious that this is the norm. But the plates washed from the front are cloudy, and from the inside they are generally orange from gravy - this is definitely a minus. The sea and nature bathe everything, you can walk to the ruins with your feet at least every day to cultivate, walk, take pictures.
Very beautiful economical hotel! There is enough of everything and everything is there! What the soul desires! A car goes to the beach back and forth 2 times a day with music. We had a lot of fun and wonderful! The service staff do a very conscientious job! Thank you all very much! Foat Bey and Serdar Bey THANK YOU very much! Guzel, Sanya from Kazan Tatarstan.
The hotel is so-so. The rooms are normal, but cleaning is done only upon check-in. The website indicates all-inclusive meals, buffet. But alas, there is no buffet as such. I rested in October 2923. breakfast is still tolerable. Forget about meat. The minimum that will be offered for lunch is pasta or bulgur and gravy with vegetables, everything., and a salad of one type of vegetables in 4 plates. The dinner is the same, and the prices for the tour are the same as in a good 3. It's my first time visiting Side several times. I wish the hotel administration and the owner of the hotel to listen to the visitors, and to the tour operators who sell such tours and not to inflate prices at times.
Bad, meager food from the word at all. No all inclusive. Breakfast, lunch, dinner. I didn't come on time - there is no food. There is no supplement. You won't even get a simple salad. The waiter brings the portions. The rooms are old and very dirty. The bed linen is battered. Dirt in the bathroom after previous hotel guests. There is no elevator, to the 2nd, 3rd, 4th floors on foot by street stairs. The restaurant premises are very tired and shabby. There is no service. The sea is a 15-minute walk away. The road is not comfortable, because of the heat. There was no transfer to the sea. The car broke down and that's it. I do not recommend it, especially with children. There is a mosque nearby. Religious singing is very audible at night and early in the morning. (this is not the first time in Turkey and Egypt, we are familiar with this specifics and are calm about it, but here.... Earplugs only). The golden price of the hotel is 7 days for 15 per person. No more. It's just a pity more - money is wasted.
There are no advantages! The rooms are dirty, there is nothing to eat, someone who wants to lose weight needs to go here. For 6 nights I dropped 4 kg. They were brought to the hotel at 2 am, checked in only at 2 pm. This is some kind of horror.
In no case do not come here with children. There are no sweets, no fruits, vegetables with mold. In general, the most terrible hotel I've ever been to.
As the Turks themselves say, the cheapest hotel in this location, the rooms are not cleaned, the food is normal but completely without meat, but the place is so good that, in principle, it is normal and tolerable for such a price
We lived in November 2021. A very bad hotel. Although the location is good. The ruins are nearby. The staff is normal, they try to brighten up all the squalor of the hotel. They take you to the sea on a ramshackle typewriter, which does not always start. If possible, it is better to choose another hotel.
The food is bad, there is no service. The rooms are terrible, there is no comfort, the location is inconvenient)! The staff does not care about the customers at all, I do not advise visiting the country if you plan to live here, and in general the country and the city are so-so)!
A hospitable hotel. There is a swimming pool, free Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, shower and everything you need in the rooms. This was enough, since we only came to the hotel to spend the night. We deliberately decided to save on accommodation and refused 5 stars)))The difference was spent on souvenirs and gifts.
And all our time in Turkey we spent on excursions to the water park and amusement park in Antalya, rafting on a mountain river, visiting the open-air museum in the old town, sunbathing on the beach, swimming in the sea.
Considering the price level (August 2021 it was right at the very bottom) the hotel is great! The food is edible. The choice of food is not great. You will have to "fight" for a good room upon arrival. You can say no to free booze (the quality of what they give is very low). In the restaurant under the rooms, every evening my aunt sings some Turkish songs. She sings well. Sometimes there are fights between local visitors. Tourists hardly go to this restaurant. It is located in a residential area. There are a lot of shops, cafes and other ATMs nearby.
It's good for a very budget hotel. The only real disadvantage is nutrition. There is no meat or fruit, mostly vegetables and cereals. But there is a great pool where you can swim around the clock! It is really possible to walk to the sea and the entrance to the sea is good, clean bottom, sand. Round-trip transfer to the beach twice a day. There is Wi-Fi in the room for one dollar per day per device, you can take any number of days.Free at the reception. There are shops and fast food nearby.
This is the most terrible hotel!
The food is meager, 3 simple salads and 1 hot dish.
The dishes can be heavy. The room is shabby. Wi-Fi is only available at the reception, the connection takes half an hour.
The sea is good, smooth approach.
The impressions are not unambiguous. The location of the hotel is very advantageous. Close to the sea, shops, you can walk to the main attraction of Side - the Ancient city. But the rooms are far from perfect. If you don't care much about it, you can rent this hotel.
A COLLECTIVE FARM, JUST A BARN! BUT FOR 40TR AL FOR 10H
We are not very possessive tourists, we lived earlier in 3* but this is not a three-piece, this is a 2% 100% all old stripped broken torn smelly! That's it!!! Guys! It's like renting a room near Anapa from my grandmother in the garden, in a barn on the 2nd floor. Many moments are not visible in the photo, but when you arrive there and see these "rooms" of 12m2 with a view of the neighboring hotel or wasteland, you want to run from there. The food is like vomit! Chicken and fish were 4 times in 10 days, drinks - upi, alcohol 18-20.00 disposable tableware!!! West Service is 4 men, from neighboring countries, not Turks!!! Crumpled and smelly ... There is no cleaning in the rooms at all, from the word at all!
Photo of the room from the front door, bags under the central staircase to the rooms, I show my fingers in the photo the place where food is distributed, by the way, it is imported, without any heating. Ie, it is almost always cold if you did not take it in the first 20 minutes.
The toilet is 3 in one. Really, there is 2m2 where the toilet, children's sink and shower always stinks and everyone. Well, tough guys!!! One plus is the location, nature and the sea. It is 5-10min walking distance, through the market. Waikiki, migros and all kinds of eateries are 5 minutes away. There is a large market for locals in the SAT, where prices are good and there is a large selection, walk towards the mosque for 5 minutes. The ancient city is also 10 minutes away. But these advantages do not apply to the hotel at all. Damn, of course I read the reviews and was ready for trash, but not for this!!!
The rest would have gone well if it hadn't been for the problems with my return. The guide Musa specifically did not leave me his phone number, as I did not buy any tour. There was no information about my departure at the reception. The Internet at the hotel is very bad, the personal account page has not loaded once, and I could not read my e-mail on the eve of departure. I was sure that my plane would take off at 14-30, so I was very surprised when the transfer arrived for me at 7 a.m. I was wearing a nightgown, they refused to wait for me. I had to order a taxi. I got through to a Taxi and ordered a transfer, a bus came for me and I paid 750 Turkish lira for it...
We stayed at the Negros Side Hotel 3* from 07/20/2021-07/27/2021. The hotel is terrible both in terms of cleanliness in the rooms and in terms of food. We settled in a room in the building where the reception is. In this regard, I was lucky with WiFi, I took it in the room, although you have to pay for Internet in the rooms, only at the reception for free. But it was unlucky that the windows overlooked the mosque, so loud singing woke up at five in the morning, even with the windows closed. The air conditioner in the room is old, it works noisily, but it cools, it was pleasing. The repair was apparently not done for a long time, everything was done bluntly. See the photo. The sockets are barely holding on, some of them do not work, there is an incomprehensible stench in the bathroom, ants are running everywhere. The linen was changed once a week. The sheets are small, so the double bed is covered with two narrow sheets. You have to cover yourself with some kind of narrow, again incomprehensible sheet. The towels were changed until they brought dirty ones to the cleaner and asked for clean ones. Beach towels are provided, this is a pleasant plus. As for the food, everything is included, but there is nothing to eat. Breakfast is standard - eggs, chocolate balls, jams, cucumbers, tomatoes, strange sausage, cheese. Lunch - some stewed vegetables, one type of salad and various other mixed dishes. There is NO cape in this hotel, the vegetarian menu. Dinner is usually potatoes, stewed cabbage, vegetables, rice or pasta, again a salad from lunch, and sometimes spoiled with fried fish or chicken nuggets, or the same incomprehensible local sausage in gravy. From fruits - watermelon, twice in 8 days of rest. Jupi drinks, local so-called cola, fanta, although the bar made coffee beans and tea. The waiter puts the food on, puts it a little bit, limited, The size of the distribution table is small (in the photo) so you understand what kind of assortment can fit in this area. As such, there are no waiters, a bar employee cleans the plates. The tables are dirty, there is not enough, because basically all vacationers go to the beginning of the meal, if they are late, you can stay hungry. The beach is free, umbrellas and sun beds are also free - this is a plus, if on foot, then 15 minutes, but the hotel bus carries twice a day, you can get there by it. To summarize, it is better to overpay 10-20 t.p. and rest at least 4 *.
It's just terrible, there's no food, some pasta for lunch, without meat, fish, etc. For Dinner, they will give you a portion of something and that's it, you can forget about drinks, even there is no boiling water if you want to brew your coffee or tea, there is no alcohol, beer and only for $ 2, it's like everything is included, they pour only vodka and then only from 6 to 8 pm, we saw this for the first time, rested even in 2 stars, but this is the first time. So it's better to avoid this hotel, add money and live in another hotel, otherwise if you go to eat and buy alcohol, and juices come out much more expensive.
The hotel is just disgusting. Cleaning in 14 days was done once, it was demanded with a scandal. The ticket was bought as an All-inclusive package. Well, what can I say-there is no buffet. Issued upon issue. It's always the same set of dishes. Eggs, 2 types of lettuce, chickpeas, pasta, sometimes potatoes, 2 types of sausage. In 14 days, they gave fish 2 times, meat as well, in gravy, where it is very difficult to see it. The portions themselves are small, put exactly 1 tablespoon each. Free alcohol from 6.30 pm to 20 pm, vodka, whiskey, wine. But of course it's just swill and booze. Of the advantages, only the location of the hotel is very good.
The remains of a beautiful Greek city! You can walk through the ruins mostly without anything fenced off!👍

Hello Khan! this is Vladimir and Larisa from Saratov, I'm reading comments about your hotel here and of course I disagree with some opinions. First of all, the attentive and kind staff, when you rest, you find a common and trusting language with people. Whatever the townsfolk say there - and what did you want (for 18-30t (depending on the region of purchase) for 10 days), The rooms are clean, the only thing is, the bed linen with towels is very old, but fresh. In full color, the rest of our company with friends from Balashikha was a success. Thank you very much for the opportunity to cook something in the kitchen (we missed borscht). The rest was short and bright. (well, what do you dear inhabitants want for 20 rubles including a flight from Samara)
now the specifics
1. At the reception, the playlist needs to be changed regularly and this should be monitored - Turkish songs are interesting up to a certain point, then the hunt for the current topic (Russian youth) should be monitored at least so that the bar revenue increases.
2. A map of the area is desirable for residents at the entrance with possible walking routes for excursions and shopping (market on Saturday). Where everything is located.
3. The clock at the entrance and the recreation area (dining room)
4. To parties from the staff, if there is a ringleader to "warm up" vacationers (well, at least for yourself to replenish the cash register." Otherwise, everyone is sitting sullen and no one (can be stirred up).
5. Of course you don't have enough meat dishes. What you cook like soups or pasta is not delicious, Khan, try to make your chefs master any first classic Russian dish, this will be a big plus for you and vacationers.
6. The menu lacks the national Turkish flavor (dishes). It is also necessary to focus attention on this – visitors from Russia do not really want to see the same thing as at home, there must be a national flavor and a bright atmosphere, so we have had enough. It's not interesting.
for a C grade. they are fed to support the pants. You can live in style rooms. but it's not suitable for comfort lovers. alcohol only in the evening. and then a little on tap. It looks like palenque. nearby attractions such as ruins to see for once. There is no music, no entertainment in the evening. The hotel is sleeping. It will be difficult for those with children
A city hotel with a small pool, about 1 km from the sea, is taken by minibus. The food is poor, there is no fruit, only water is available between meals, the bar does not work. There is practically no cleaning in the rooms. I do not recommend anyone to go there.
The hotel has already outlived its time, the repair is many years old! But I can't put less for the excellent service staff!

I was in it in January. The hotel is rubbish, I can't call it anything else. The room smelled terribly of sewage. There was terrible dirt in the bathroom - the toilet and sink, after the previous, many, guests were not cleaned, we did not dare to go into the shower for a week - terrible dirt everywhere. There are dirty stains on the floor, walls, dispenser, hair everywhere. We bought toilet paper ourselves. There are cracks in the windows, the wind blew terribly, the walls seemed to be made of papers. You can hear everything that's going on in the neighboring rooms. All the gasps and the results of drinking can be heard as if nearby. The descent to the first floor is across the street and in the rain there is a huge puddle on the third floor, the steps are also in water and very slippery. There is no remote control from the TV. Coffee, which should be free, was sold to us for a dollar. In general, it's a terrible place, don't waste money on it. Take another hotel, even if you have to pay extra.

There are no air conditioners at the reception, probably because of this, the guide from Tui did not appear once. In lobi, the TV does not work, the Internet is not free all the time, drinking water is in the only cooler for all rooms. The staff is not in uniform, but is dressed in personal, even untidy clothes and does not pay attention to the questions of tourists at all. Food is given out on a tiny plot, according to the norm! The same thing, there is no choice. And there is not enough for everyone because of this when issuing a queue. There is nothing to feed the children. One woman asked for pasta without dressing for a child, so they were just washed with water for her! Alcohol is poured 30 grams into one hand only during dinner from 18-30 to 20-00 (1.5 hours)many did not get it. There are cats running around, who brazenly walk on the tables. The rooms are cleaned - they just smear dirt in the corners. It is not possible to sleep at night because of the noise of the restaurant. In short, a deception. Even the main photo of the hotel on the website is from the restaurant, not the reception.Boxing lunch is a horror.
For unassuming tourists, just to leave a suitcase, sleep and take a shower. The sea and the sun are the same for everyone, that's why I choose such budget hotels.
It's terrible! I would regret even one star. The rooms are musty, there is dirt everywhere, the linen is changed after a scandal. Amateur food) You can go there on vacation if you don't need to stay in the room!)
Everything is disgusting. One remote control from the air conditioner for the entire hotel. Free Wi-Fi was promised in the room, but it is paid, be kind enough to sit in the lobby with a bunch of kids with their tiktoks. I knew in advance that the food was bad and was ready for it.
An average hotel, two 4-storey small buildings. One of them was renovated, unfortunately we ended up in a building without repair, in a small room without a window, but with a small balcony overlooking the wall. The administrator promised to change our room every day, we lived there for 12 days, in the end nothing. They offered instead a hammam at the Nergos Garden hotel (as I understand it, this is their hotel chain). They were brought there, as a result there was no hammam, they began to figure out that no one would do a hammam for free, the situation was terrible. The day was wasted, we were taken back to our hotel.
The rooms are not cleaned. At most, they can take out the trash and put it on paper every few days. We put the garbage bags out the door ourselves, just like the rest of the residents. After the proceedings, why are they not being cleaned, the floor was finally washed. That is, 1 time in 12 days!
I always stay in the top three, but there have never been such situations!
All those outraged were offered a half-day trip to Nergos garden in their 4-star hotel with normal food and a private beach, all inclusive. Many people confuse these hotels.
Nergos side does not have its own beach, you relax on free beach. There were usually enough deck chairs. There are no showers or changing rooms, but you can use them unnoticed from nearby neighbors) The toilet is paid - 5 liras. There is also a shower, but for a shower there is still 5 lira.
The location of the hotel is good, 10 minutes walk to the sea, near the amphitheater, shops, poppy seeds, burger king.
The hotel is quiet and peaceful in the evenings, compared to 4 and 5 star hotels, this is a plus for me.
I want to say that in a hotel like Nergos Side we rested for the first and last time. To begin with, the room has never been cleaned or the bed changed all week. They just took out the trash. At the entrance, they noticed that no one washed the rim of the toilet bowl, as well as the toilet itself and the bathroom completely. Complete unsanitary conditions. The food here is only vegetables. Meat is brought in the evening, but there is not much to eat there. Mashed potatoes are not possible at all. The staff does not understand Russian well. The room is two square rooms. There's nowhere to go. We haven't even heard about animation here. There's not even any music. The territory is very small. There's nothing to do here. The beach is far away. In general, if you are attracted to this hotel, then only for 1. Do not go there. It is better to pay 3 thousand rubles extra and go to a good 4 or 5. A nightmare. A lot of neighbors changed during our time. They paid extra and moved. Don't waste your nerves and money. It's not worth it.
To begin with, there are several hotels in Side with the word Nergos at the beginning of their names and all of them are constantly confused.
Nergos Side is a 3*,located in the city center, 5-10 minutes walk to the sea.The main problem in this hotel is the food and the lack of daily cleaning.
There is also Nergos Garden-it is a nice 4* with a beautiful territory and its own beach.I also saw the Nergos villa gizem hotel in the reviews, it is also small, similar to the first one from my description, but it is located right on the seashore. In the photo, Nergos side. and with palm trees and a water slide-Nergos Garden.
There has been no hot water all week. At the end of the rest, the pipes were cleaned with citric acid. Meat was also not given, only vegetables. Rarely a turkey.
