Disgusting! The numbers are just indecent even! Dirt and ruin! There are endless queues at the bar. It's a long way to the sea. There is garbage everywhere on the way. You walk like you're walking through a dumpster. The beach is squalid, dirty and small. To this hotel- no way!!!👎👎👎

A small pool, lots of people (especially after lunch).
None of the staff understands Russian. The numbers are disgusting. Wi-Fi doesn't work, so it's better to get a SIM card from the guide right away. All inclusive is not felt. I like to drink at night, as a result, even a banal bottle of sprite / fanta cannot be taken to the room.
They're trying to make money on every corner. Things are often stolen from sunbeds. The rooms may not be cleaned at all or forget to clean, the air conditioners do not work.
There is a lot of food, but everything is monotonous, the meat is all dry. The fish is decent, the fruit is good, the wine is heavy (although my husband appreciated it and drank it like water)

For a C grade. Everything is known by comparison. I compare 4 stars in Turkey, Jordan, Egypt (well, where I was), let's say in Arab and Muslim countries. 3 stars, not 4.
The advantages of the hotel:
Beautiful territory, a decent swimming pool, that's probably all. Food- well, you won't stay hungry, that's for sure. Of course, you can put a + for improved rooms, but there are a scanty number of them. The numbers are displayed honestly on the website. But if we could fix everything, it would be oh-oh-oh-oh very cool.
A separate one about the beach. The sea is wonderful, the sand is snow-white.
Cons: the beach is far away, although they write the first line. Not the first, the second and another 300 meters in the heat. However, a tractor is running-pretending to be a steam locomotive according to the schedule, 2-3 minutes and at the hotel.
There is no bar on the beach, not a hint of a bar. I understood it to be semi-social. However, sun beds are available. But there are dirty, chipped, not clean mattresses. Although the vacationers themselves are to blame here. There are such pigs!!!!! In the photo of the room, let's say it's very economical. But the view from all the rooms is beautiful.

I liked the hotel for its large, beautifully manicured territory. The rooms are not bad, but tired. The cleaning is not perfect, but every day. The main disadvantage is the food. For an amateur, my son ate only bread and pastries, I ate vegetables and fruits, since everything is meat with gravy and spicy seasonings, the side dishes are not tasty at all. There is nothing near the hotel, just fences. There is nowhere to go for a walk. What I want to say about the sea, it is perfect only when there is no storm. The kitchen at this hotel is very chic. The rooms are renovated, there are none. It is located in a tourist area between the 2 cities of Sousse and Monastir. Both are half an hour away by bus, the fare is pennies. 2nd coastline, an abandoned hotel in front of it. There is a train to the beach, as we have at VDNH, if you walk, then 7 minutes. There is a bar on the beach, music. I liked it, we were in September, the sea is clear, the heat, the beauty. There is a 2-piece swimming pool at the hotel. A massage room is available for a fee. The bar is on the street. Animation programs are available daily from morning to evening, for both adults and children. I really liked it.

The pool is small, but there is enough space for everyone. The beach is cleaned and combed every morning. From the garbage on the beach, bottle caps, cigarette butts, bags... The animation is working hard. From morning to late evening.
The rooms are modest, damaged in places, but clean. The air conditioning works fine, but it's already cool on the ground floor. But the second and third floors are hotter, so the air conditioner is not doing so well.
The hotel is no worse than many Turkish 5*.

We visited Nerolia in May 2019.Clean rooms, friendly staff, good animation.In the afternoon, the guys do exercises near the pool.The food is super, that just wasn't there!The bar has a variety of drinks.There is also a bar on the beach, where drinks are also provided for free.The beach is not far from the hotel.The pool in the hotel is clean, convenient descent into the water.I recommend.

All 350 people at that time vacationers were Russian, it was fun. The animation is good, the pool is clean, it's big. The territory is very large and well maintained. I didn't like the room, there was no light in it, but it was clean, no complaints. Food... The restaurant, everything is great, you can't find fault. Everyone kindly wants to see you, it's true, then the currency will not be changed exactly, and it's not in your favor, then they ask for a room. In short, an eye for an eye.. I was at the hotel in September 2018. From the 12th to the 23rd. This is a good economy class hotel for not too demanding tourists. It will be good for lovers of relaxing holidays and people vacationing with young children. If you are a party person, this is not your hotel. You will be bored. There are no noisy parties here. Animations are mainly for children. The rooms here are clean and cozy. They are regularly cleaned. Linen and towels are changed every three days approximately. The rooms and corridors in the building above the lobby are newer. I didn't have enough light in my room, but these are small things. I just slept in the room. The plumbing in the room is not new, but it is washed and cleaned. Everything works in the room. There is even a refrigerator and a safe. The safe is paid. The hotel is well maintained, the territory is not large, but green. The pool is quite large and clean. It is cleaned every morning. The food at the hotel is delicious and quite varied. During the 11 days of my stay, I have never been hungry. They give a lot of vegetables and fruits.For each meal, there are several types of fruits every day. Even cacti were given, which does not always happen even in expensive hotels. There is always chicken and fish, pasta or potatoes, even shrimp were given. In the evening, for dinner every day, the cook roasts something on the grill. I ate fish (dorado) three times and turkey once. There are many salads and of course different types of olives. Delicious and varied sauces. Lots of delicious desserts. About queues and lack of something. This is provoked by the Russian tourists themselves, of whom there are a large number in the hotel. I've seen people arrive 10-15 minutes before lunch and line up (maybe they like it). 5 minutes before the start of lunch, they make a fuss and are outraged. Then, in more than 2-3 minutes, they begin to break down the doors like wild ones. When the dining room finally opens, they run like elephants, sweeping away everything in their path (

They're still brawling and not happy. The sea is not far from the hotel. The sea is clean if there is no wind (when there is wind, algae swim in) and warm. The sea is not shallow, it quickly gets deep here. When there are no waves at the buoys, you can look at the fish. They are not afraid of people and come straight to you. The sand is fine and clean enough. The beach is cleaned in the morning. If you like to sleep before lunch, there may be problems with sun beds. There are not enough of them. I didn't get involved with such a problem. The hotel is beautiful, I was annoyed only by our wild people. There were soft sofas and armchairs in the lobby of the hotel, despite the prohibitions and signs standing on the bar right in the lobby, our people were sitting on them in wet swimsuits, so everything was wet in the evening. ☹️(is this not piggishness) and of course, where without drunken scandals. They were there too. Overall, I liked the hotel. It's worth going here if you want to seal quietly on the beach and swim in the sea with fish, but you have a limited budget. If you want luxury and parties, it's not here. If Russians are annoying, it's better not to go to this hotel. The staff is pleasant, all smiling and helpful. The hotel has a hookah room with a good hookah. They are made both on fruit and without it. I smoked a hookah without fruit and was satisfied. I paid 12 dinars, which is a bit expensive in my opinion. But there was no place to go in the vicinity of the hotel, so there was no alternative.

Everything else is cons: far from the beach (at the same time it is small, there are not enough sun beds and umbrellas for everyone), alcohol is not of proper quality, Russian inadequate tourists, flies (including in the restaurant), dishes are all chipped and greasy / dirty streaks (the feeling that it is not washed at all, just rinsed with water) and the service of course-it just doesn't exist. Disgusting attitude towards guests in the restaurant and at the reception. Upon arrival, the man at the reception is ready to check into a "good" room for $ 20 (past the cash desk, respectively), only this room is no different from the rest. The air conditioner may also not work there or something is broken. Of course, he did not return the money to anyone. SPA and massage are the same name, no one recommends it. The food is quite tasty and varied, but the first 2 days the eyes want more, then everything normalizes. The service at the hotel, of course, is not intrusive, but no one extorted "money for the best room", the linen was dry, changed regularly. The disadvantage of the pool: they start chlorinating in the evening, when people still want to splash there. In general, the hotel and the service correspond to their status, and those who write "they do not react to harassment" should pay attention to their behavior. The hotel pulls in a solid two, but clearly not a 4 *! The food is the same, the dishes are dirty! Diarrhea every day, and one day there was a terrible poisoning and dehydration of the body. The alcohol was of poor quality, and there was always no beer or wine on the beach, they answered us, they had not yet brought it. We lived in the first building, on the 3rd floor, the room was terrible, the air conditioner hardly worked, the drain in the shower too, even the neighbors from below were flooded, the lever in the shower was also broken. The elevator didn't work for 2 days, we went up on foot, and I was stuck in the elevator myself. I'm not talking about excursions at all. We paid for a boat trip, waited in the lobby for the guide, and he simply forgot about us! The bus was returned, we were picked up, but after that I didn't want to go on a two-day excursion to the desert. I'm not talking about the beach at all. A dirty sea and an even dirtier beach, which is visited by locals and bikers in addition to tourists. Not a single positive moment. It's a pity that you can't post real photos here.
