We stayed at this hotel in early November for three nights. I read the reviews. The reviews are consistent . We chose this hotel because of the low price, conveniently located in the center of the old town. By the way, our taxi driver couldn't find him for a long time, passers-by helped. Attractions, shopping center, shops are all nearby. The beach is a long 30-40 minute walk away, but you can also get there by tram. The hotel itself is designed specifically to spend the night, or as we stayed for three days. If you are used to 5-star hotels and you are picky, then do not book it. But if you need a couple of nights, I recommend it. The hotel owner speaks Russian, is friendly, will help if you need to know something, will treat you to tea. The room has everything you need: a bed, chairs, a table, a kettle, a hairdryer, a TV, air conditioning. I don't know about the other rooms, but our bathroom is slightly not very comfortable, or rather the toilet is in the middle, the shower is on the right, and of course all the water is pouring on the toilet, I would hang a curtain between the shower and the toilet. Washbasin, soap, shower gel. The audibility is good, yes, especially since there is always someone coming in, someone leaving. There is an elevator, which is very convenient.
Personally, nothing annoyed us, and nothing bothered us. And I liked everything. For a few days, or one night, I recommend it as a budget option! By the way, there is a tent in the courtyard of the cafe, they cook very tasty and the prices are reasonable.
