Несколько раз обращался к ним в ТЦ Силует , как за покупкой, так и просто за консультацией, где без лишних историй и рассказов, сообщали полезную информацию в кратком и лаконичном виде. Один раз в ТЦ Замок заезжал за товаром , ранее оговоренном. Продавец меня узнал и мы пару минут вежливо пообщались. Как я понял персонал периодически меняется, то на Силуете поработают, то на Замке. При покупке была сделана скидка, заполнен гарантийный талон, выдан чек. Все нужные функции выполнены, претензий нет! Рекомендую! Буду обращаться!
