We had a rest in July 2024. I liked that the guest house is very close to the sea and a lot of shops, everything is at hand. The territory of the hotel is clean, always cleaned and fresh. We lived in room 406 - a beautiful view of the mountains, a comfortable room, there is everything you need-air conditioning, refrigerator, large wardrobe and bedside tables, a comfortable large bed and a bathroom of good quality, there is a hairdryer. The food is delicious and safe, they bought only breakfast on the ticket, but they went to lunch and dinner anyway from their hotel. The staff is friendly and friendly. SPECIAL THANKS to Suzanne for the human attitude, after leaving, we accidentally transferred a large amount of money to her instead of another person, Suzanne immediately got in touch and returned the money to us. I can conclude that the hotel employs decent and responsible staff who make your stay comfortable. If we go to Gagra again, then I am considering the Nevsky Stars for re-settlement.

We rested in Gagra from 15.06 to 06/24.24, stayed at the Nevsky Stars State House, thank you very much to the hosts Leonid and Marina for their hospitality, clean, cozy hotel,room 20 sq.m. there is everything you need (air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, hair dryer).The mattresses are very comfortable, the snow-white linen is 100% cotton.Special thanks to chef Julia for the super pastries and airy dough, the man is a pro in his field!Thanks to the administrator Tatiana and Svetlana for the positive and wonderful mood they shared with the vacationers.

We stayed at this hotel, if you can call it a "hotel" in September...the room is just terrible... the wallpaper is all daubed with felt-tip pens and a pen, there are cobwebs on the ceiling....The mattresses are dirty...no one has ever changed the linen... there is no electric kettle, no glass or spoon in the room....I'm not talking about breakfast at all....It's just awful...porridges are always too salty ...they gave me a curd casserole, it was something....the cottage cheese that was missing was already frozen, it stank....they came up to the cook and told us about it, to which we had a FRESH answer, IT WAS BROUGHT TODAY...I hesitate to ask TODAY, what time did it arrive and when did you manage to cook, if breakfast is already from 7.00....the next day they give the same cottage cheese, only with sour cream....It's just terrible....also, another woman came up to me and told the cook the same thing, to which the answer was, IT'S FRESH, IT'S RUSTIC COTTAGE CHEESE....tea, can't you serve people tea at least greenfield, and not lisma strong, this garbage, which is simply not possible to drink....and put a lemon so that you can drink tea with lemon...the butter was cut in vain, and I didn't want to take it....Can't you buy a loaf or a bun so that people can drink tea???? And not just white, not fresh bread....This "hotel" is not worth the money....the only advantage is the distance to the sea....No more....
