The staff is not customer-oriented, did not respond to the client in any way, did not even say hello. We picked up a model that we liked , to which the girl said that there was no size , as a result, we found the size ourselves in the hall on the shelf , there was a feeling that the employee did not specifically make an effort to help , which raises the question of his competence . They asked for a second pair of sneakers, and the girl said she couldn't find the box and didn't know where the other one was. I lost all desire to acquire anything. I recommend recruiting a new competent staff or the store will go bankrupt. Do not come here, the mood and desire for shopping will disappear.

The service staff was terrible, they greeted each of the other stores and offered sizes/shoes. The seller was not in place, nothing was offered with the dimensions. I believe that the seller is used to people coming and not buying anything, so he does not consider it necessary to do his job. I think that for a store where the average price for shoes is 700-800 rubles, this kind of customer orientation is just a laugh.. The desire to buy shoes is gone
