I bought a ticket to the UAE from this seller.And now I am very sorry that I went to this cantora for tours.While I had my money, they promised "mountains of gold".As soon as the money was received, everything went like that....Upon arrival at the hotel, on May 18, 2023, we were shown the room that was booked for us, 3 adults and one bed....where there is no place to separate from each other.In order to be given a room where you can live more or less like a human being, you paid 600 extra.The guide did not come to the hotel at the appointed time.And I can tell you a lot more not so good.Which I will do upon arrival in Belarus, but already in Court.I do not advise contacting this office.

It's a strange office. Don't waste your time. You will wait for a response from the manager for 4-6 hours. It is impossible to get through, the manager is busy with the client))) They never call back themselves. A feeling of complete indifference and unprofessionalism. Imagine if you bought a tour from them and got into the need to contact the manager... No one will come to help you, because the manager is busy and will not answer you even after 5 hours... Good afternoon! I want to share my impressions about our vacation in Turkey, Kusadasi, Aquafentesi Hotel (June, 2021). We are a family with three children, so we really wanted a hotel with an aqua park so that the children would have something to do. I really liked the hotel, even though we lived in the part called Tui Blue, and the Aquafentesi was completely closed. I really liked the cozy rooms, excellent pools, and the water park is beyond praise! Of the minuses, the sea is unremarkable, gray. The animation in the hotel is very weak, the children's disco is designed for large children. It is very long (45-60 minutes), and games are played between dances. I liked that you can walk along the sea. We rented a catamaran and got an unforgettable experience. We thank the New East Line agency for a great vacation, we have been contacting you for many years, and we will continue to contact you!

There were discounts on many offers, we saved several hundred, then spent them on shopping on vacation) The flight and transfer were organized by the company, the rest was already sorted out by themselves.
