A great hotel in Tbilisi with a convenient location and chic interior, but poor sound insulation
I liked it · The perfect place to stop in Tbilisi. Isani metro station is a 5-minute walk away! There are parking spaces near the hotel. A very fresh luxurious interior, a beautiful balcony with city views in almost every room. Access to the room via RFID card is very convenient. The breakfast included in the price is just perfect - perfectly balanced and hearty (vegetable salad, delicious local shorty bread, butter and cheese, buckwheat, sausages, cereals with milk, tea or coffee, cookies with jam). The bed and bed linen are just wonderful. The receptionist Nicole is very polite and pleasant to talk to! Speaks excellent Russian!
I didn't like it · The main problem of the hotel is the sound insulation of the entrance doors to the room. In the morning, we woke up to the fact that we could hear someone talking in the hallway so loudly, as if he was standing next to the bed, although the corridor is far enough away. Wi-Fi in room 302 is weak - the signal is lost and there is not enough speed for Zoom and a working VPN. In a good way, for these 2 moments it would be necessary to reduce the score by one or two points, but no, we will not reduce it, so as not to upset Nicole :)

The price is 110 lari - about 3,500 rubles. My husband and children and I really liked it, a spacious room with a large bed and snow-white sheets, with air conditioning and TV, a good bathroom and shower. In general, the atmosphere is very pleasant and cozy, I can even say romantic. Especially at night when the children are asleep and you can go out on this cute little balcony. We were very satisfied! A great hotel with the friendliest staff and a super minimum price for such a level, and also with breakfast (I don't understand how you earn at all))
A super comfortable balcony, ideal for working with a laptop or having breakfast.
A very comfortable large bed. I lost my brush, I was very glad to have a disposable one in the bathtub.

It's a good one, it's a pity there is no parking at all, the car has to be left on the roadway. Breakfast was taken, acceptable - if you come early, then they eat everything delicious.

Very attentive staff, it so happened that the weather was very warm before our arrival and the heating was already turned off in the hotel. It got colder by the time we arrived. They started it up again, but it didn't work in our room, they tried to restore it, but it didn't work out and we were transferred to other rooms. We decided promptly

Not a pleasant residue remained from the hotel. We made a hotel reservation on the website a few days in advance. The booking confirmation has arrived. We contacted the hotel in advance and warned that we would arrive late at night. The hotel replied that everything was OK and there were no problems. But when we arrived we were told there were no rooms. It was one o'clock in the morning!!! The manager and the administrator left us to spend the night just outside. The service should be set to ZERO. If you do not want to repeat our experience, then do not book rooms at this hotel.

The breakfasts leave much to be desired. The hotel itself is not even bad, but it is inconveniently located for a tourist. A remote area. You need to get to the city center by metro (walk 10 minutes to the nearest station) or by taxi.
