If you cancel the tile order, the money will not be refunded to you. Ask for details before ordering. They don't know for sure about the law on consumer protection here.
And now to the point, we wanted to order a tile, I decided to clarify the following questions before ordering, and for good reason:
1) How many tile pattern options are there? They answered that it was 6, and there is no guarantee that the neighboring bundles will not have the same pattern.
2) is it possible to discard a part of the tile during the inspection at the warehouse before receiving it, if several identical ones arrive - for example, if we order 4, and 3 identical ones arrive? They replied: no, you can't.
Can I order 6 tiles and pick up 4? Answer: no, you can't.
3) Is it possible to re-order a tile if it is the same? They replied: no, it is not possible, the exchange is only if there is a marriage.
4) is it possible to refund the money for the tile in case of a complete refusal to receive the order? They replied: no, it is not allowed (70% prepayment)
I formulated the questions and answers roughly while preserving the essence.
Conclusion: ask questions before ordering, otherwise you will waste time, nerves and money after the fact.

The store is great, but... unfortunately, we asked the girl to consult in the tile department, and... she didn't have any free time (((. The answer was so harsh that it was immediately clear that she wasn't in the mood to help us. But the cashier girl, on the contrary, turned out to be very friendly.
