I have never met a more incompetent service: Ruslan, the consultant, does not understand either the tile or its layout and calculations. He also doesn't understand plumbing, siphons, or sinks. Everything that he persuaded to buy and assured that the tiles were of high quality and good, everything turned out to be a hoax. Having calculated the tile by my size, as a result of the tile, I had 2 boxes of 60/120 left, and to return and hand it back, of course, everyone refused and did not even bother to call back. The most interesting thing is, if you need to order some more tiles, he assures you that everything will arrive within a week, but in fact everything arrives in a month. In general, all the goods need to be checked and selected yourself, since those consultants do not understand anything. The final purchase was the choice of a siphon for the bathroom, which did not fit here either, although the consultant Ruslan convinced that everything would be OK. I am very disappointed with this store and their service.

We bought Laparet tiles, checking tile 3 had matrix defects and one of them was chipped, a week later new tiles were brought to us, which also turned out to have matrix defects and chipped, but had to be taken away, as repairs are underway and we don't have time to wait another week!The tiles will be hidden under the kitchen defective, but in vain we waited for the exchange, because we did not receive a tile without defects in the end!We will not buy tiles from them and we do not advise others, in the mainland we bought tiles for the bathroom, there was a similar situation, they were exchanged faster and as a result the tiles were received without defects, but here we lost time in vain!
