A chic hotel, the room was on the 7th floor, the view from the window is simply incredible. Everything was necessary in the room, refrigerator, kettle, dishes. The bed is gorgeous, big, spacious, soft as a cloud. In the shower, all the accessories were available. The room was cleaned and the bed linen was changed every day. Of the disadvantages, smoking only on the street in a specially designated place, it is not very convenient to ride the elevator up and down to smoke. The hotel has 2 swimming pools, a restaurant, a mini bar in the lobby of the hotel.

+ The staff speaks Russian well
+ They were very polite when they took pictures, offered to hold the jacket and said goodbye when they got into a taxi, they were pleasantly surprised by the kindness!
+ We found a room on the 7th floor, clean. There were towels, slippers, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, kettle, TV, refrigerator and a mini bar inside for an additional fee.cost
+Floor, walls, windows, linen, everything was clean, garbage was thrown out of the cleaning and beds were made, personal belongings were not touched
+Beautiful view of Ararat and Mother Yerevan
Minuses:
- Breakfast is about nothing. Just come to drink tea with sandwiches. It's the same thing every day: porridge, rice, sausages, omelette, eggs, cereals, cucumber and tomato salad, sausage, bread, pita bread, green, black, berry tea and instant coffee drinks. Everything is tasteless. The sausages are tired, they didn't dare to eat the eggs.
- Friends came across a dirty room, the curtains were torn off, there was a hole in the bed, the phone was broken, the toilet was dirty and the window did not close. We looked at the other two rooms, they were the same. We must have been lucky.
-Good audibility of neighboring rooms. Be prepared to hear people 3 rooms to your left, right and opposite, and you can be heard in the same way, in the corridor too
-The lamp was flashing in the bathroom, the water in the shower is very difficult to adjust
- There is one outlet in the room!!!
For your money, this is a wonderful, and perhaps the best hotel that we could find. For that kind of money, I would come back here again, but in a clean room

The location is on a high terrain, go to the center or go down. There are no parks or other places within walking distance where you can take a walk. Our rooms were old, the plaster was peeling, the lampshade was falling off, the TV was not working, the shower cabin was leaking, stains on the carpet. Garbage is taken out of the cleaning every day. There is an air conditioner. The breakfasts are not very tasty. The best is pita bread and cheese (if you like salty national). But the view of the city is gorgeous. Mother Armenia was visible through our windows. Others in the corridor looked at Ararat, which is rarely seen in the heat. If there are no special complaints, then you can come to spend the night after walks and excursions.

Of the disadvantages, only the rooms that require cosmetics, in particular, our room did not have a door in the shower.
The location is not bad, you need to take a minibus to the center, but the stop is two steps away. Within walking distance there is a good supermarket, a bank, an excellent bakery, and also a chic restaurant-winery.
The main charm of this hotel, of course, is the views from the windows: both the panorama of the city and the view of Ararat!

I've always stayed at this hotel, but after the penultimate and last time I won't at all. I have been waiting for cleaning for a million years and plus I was told that somehow it costs me little to spend the night through the app and breakfast therefore will not be included, but it is included. I really liked the staff and the rooms themselves too. But after that time (or rather two in the summer and now) I am very disappointed.
There was an influx of guests in the summer, but as a client, I shouldn't worry about it. I just want room cleaning and towels that were brought 2 days after check-in.

I visited this hotel in early December 2024.The impressions are only negative.The rooms are cold.Yes, you can keep warm with the air conditioner, but it was very noisy.I had to sleep in my clothes.Dirty walls and carpet.The water in my room was barely warm.There's a glacier in the dining room!!!You can only wear outerwear there.The food is inedible.!The cottage cheese was sour, and the boiled eggs were from the refrigerator.We were a group and the next day we moved to another hotel.

Nice hotel near the center. The staff is polite, they speak Russian and English well. The rooms are cleaned every day. Beautiful view from the window. There is a refrigerator with drinks for an additional fee. cost. There is a laundry service. There is a bar and a restaurant on the ground floor. On the downside, there is a rather meager selection of breakfast dishes. Basically, it's always an omelet with sausages and porridge. But even with this choice, you can eat a hearty meal.

The renovation is very old. There are almost no sockets in the room, the charging was plugged into the sockets behind the TVs on the walls. The shower stall is dirty from age. When we entered the room, there was a smell of sewage from the gangways. I spilled water and the smell went away, but the staff does not monitor it, the hydraulic seals are drying out. The wall by the air conditioner grate is broken down. There is a mini-bar, but prices are not indicated. There are no cups/glasses in the room at all. He asked for glasses, and they brought cups. One of the advantages is parking. I don't recommend it.

There was a good reception hall (but for some reason there was no clock with Moscow time). Wonderful views of the city, the motherland and Ararat. And that's basically all.
It's just terrible on the floors (in particular on the third and seventh), as if corpses were dragged along the palaces and traces were poorly washed.
The carpet in the room is appropriate, the window frame does not close tightly, because one hinge is broken and blows very hard (I imagine how cold it is because of this in winter). The bed is at floor level, and even if you don't sit on it, you fall through. Shampoo and gel are not washed at all.
We could write about breakfast separately.... But in one word - inedible. I especially remember two healthy plates of bitter cottage cheese, and rice porridge, in which it was difficult to find rice.
Only the salad was edible (every day is different) and the jam is unclear from what (apricot with something?).
Oh yes, tea (probably instant) in iron kettles.

We have already been to this hotel three times and we will only stay in it. The reception staff is very attentive and will always help if there are difficulties with booking (for example).
The rooms are comfortable and very cozy. I don't even understand why people underestimate this hotel so much, although it is much better than some hotels in the center.
The breakfasts are good, the selection is large, everything is fresh and you can always choose something to your taste.
Everything is clean, towels are changed every day.
The rooms are warm, and if it is not warm enough, then there is an air conditioner that will quickly heat up the room.

The hotel is shabby, but the staff did everything they could. At registration, bottled water was distributed to the group. The linen is immaculate, the towels are boiling white, there are enough detergents. The mattresses are not new, but they are still quite suitable for a good night's sleep. There was no door in the shower, but there was a strong flow of both hot and cold water. At breakfast, the dishes were replenished as they decreased. Butter and sausage are not very good, but cottage cheese, stewed vegetables, cheese, omelet are quite acceptable. The pita bread is delicious. We were warned by phone when the bus would come for us. They were evicted without checking the room.

The hotel is located high up, a 30-minute walk down a steep slope to the center. There are supermarkets with water and sweets nearby.
When checking into the hotel, we had to make a row - by 14:00 the room was not ready. The girl at the reception said that there were only 5 cleaners and that they were not on time. I approached her several times and said that they were not fulfilling their obligations, that they were spoiling the impression of the country, stealing my time. The girl said she would clean the room herself if it wasn't ready in 25 minutes. In general, after 2 hours they gave me the keys. The reviews wrote that the room was delayed for a longer time. Moreover, I was not the only one waiting, there were also Chinese, but they were more polite than me and waited longer.
In the photo, the view from the first floor window is of the panorama of the city and the roof. Breakfast starts at 9:00. There is instant coffee, cream portions, tea bags, milk. Periodically, a decanter with juice was put on. There was always fresh bread and lavash - matnakash (lush Armenian). Scrambled eggs, porridge, sausages, cottage cheese, chicken. Drinks are paid in the refrigerators. Cheese and sausage are not tasty. There is a choice.
The room itself is spacious (2-bed standard), there are cupboards and bedside tables. There is no hair dryer, there was no hot water in the faucet. There are two sockets for the whole room - one of which is loose and does not hold the plug. I had to charge my phone in the bathroom. There is a refrigerator and a TV. There is no refrigerator.
The hotel also announced a swimming pool - it does not work (not surprisingly).
On the day of departure, they called the room and asked if I wanted to extend the room. It would be better if they settled people so cheerfully.

Good afternoon. The hotel is located high on a mountain with a beautiful view of Mount Ararat and the whole of Yerevan is visible. It takes 5 minutes to get to the center by taxi. I liked everything in the hotel, the good staff is friendly, there is a bar in the room for a fee, breakfast (buffet) is included in the price. I recommend it for such a nominal fee.

In general, I did not book this hotel myself, but I was moved to it because of the rallies in the center of Yerevan.
Of the advantages :
- they were settled earlier than the scheduled time
- view from the window
- change towels only if you throw them on the floor
- there are slippers
-the water pressure is good and the water is hot
Minuses:
- thin walls, just paper, bright and cheerful Armenians walked in my room next door for two nights in a row until morning. I am glad of their disposition, but not when I need to sleep
- next to my room there was either a staff storage room or something. But the cleaners hung out there all day, and talked loudly
- for all six days they added only one set of shampoo and gel
- the floor has not been cleaned once (excuse me for the details , but my hair just lay there, even though I try to collect it
- the bed creaks even if you just sit on it

When checking in, I was told(the owner of the apartment from whom I originally booked), that my breakfast was included, at the reception they said that it was not. We stayed at the hotel several times. They took two rooms at once.
The equipment of each room is like a lottery. You never know what will be in the room, what will not be, and what will be, but it will be broken.
The set of the mini-bar is always different. The presence of a TV remote control is as lucky as you are. Also with the availability of disposable slippers. When checking in, they sometimes give bottles of drinking water, and sometimes they forget. Sometimes something is broken from furniture and plumbing.
What is inevitable all the time is that the carpet in the rooms is stained with dirt.
Breakfast is the same every day. But there is an assortment to choose from.
But the price of this hotel is two times lower than in others.
The city center is 10 minutes away by Yandex taxi for 700-800 AMD.

When we were checked in, we were shocked by the room, the carpet was stained on the floor, it was just disgusting to walk, the shower was flowing, the toilet was flushing badly, dirty, a terrible spring mattress - So we spent the night.
The next day, we calmly talked with the administrator and we were checked into a room with a new carpet with a "non-leaking shower" and given an extra blanket on the mattress for softness, the mattress itself was also newer. By the way, the view from the hotel to the mountains and the center is really not far away.
Cleaning up every day, but in fact they just take away the garbage (a small bucket in the toilet, there are no more dumps), put a new roll of paper and THAT's IT
There are no sockets, 2 free for the whole room in the toilet and in the corner of the room, the devices were charged in turn.
Towels were not changed in the first days, but simply folded those that were, after the remark they were changed regularly. The carpet was not vacuumed until I had to poke my nose, on day 3 we found someone else's empty bottle behind the chair, apparently from previous guests, there are beautiful but dead chairs in the room, the shower is flowing, washing from 500 drams PER THING, a car from 30,000 drams per day (killed outlander) we certainly did not take it.
Breakfasts suck, cheap, poorly cooked food, TV stopped working on day 6 stay out of 7 (maybe fixed)
THE SADDEST THING FOR ME WAS THAT ON THE 3RD DAY OF ARRIVAL WE CAME TO THE ROOM AT ABOUT 7 P.M. AND THE KEY WAS IN THE DOOR (the cleaner forgot it, and the cleaning was up to 14 o'clock)
The receptionist began to defend herself and say that she had just left him, but it was a lie

In general, while I was writing, I realized that 3 stars.
We got 122,000 drams (30,000 rubles) in 7 days and probably shouldn't have expected much, but we can't say that we were satisfied with the hotel. We will come to Armenia again, but for the same money we will rent our own accommodation, because the hotel does not provide anything except a cot and toilet paper.

Upon leaving the hotel, I went to the reception to give the room keys, at that moment a taxi was already waiting for me, to which I was told that according to international standards, the room must first be accepted. I would like to remind you that according to international standards, the room should be cleaned every day, and not when it works, because there were excuses that a lot of people settled in and we did not have time to clean your room. I received an answer to the request to give an iron , wait 10 minutes, after waiting 20 minutes it was never brought, I contacted the reception again, they told me to wait 10 minutes, after 15 minutes I just left in different clothes, because it is simply impossible to spend so much time waiting for an iron. But waiting for the iron is not the biggest problem. Asking for 3 times and also expecting toilet paper in a room where 3 people live is simply beyond the scope of INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS! The rooms themselves are quite good, but if you decide to go with a company of 3-4 people, then 2 people will have to sleep on cots from the last century, one on wooden slats on which the back just leaves the chat, the other on springs and the back goes numb no less. You will spend more money on restoring your health. But the most interesting thing is this: upon check-in, the receptionist said that we have a paid minibar in our room. Well, there is and there is. Later, when we decided to put the purchased products in the refrigerator, we laughed because it was completely empty and did not attach any importance to it. And so on departure, when accepting a room, this receptionist says that you drank the whole bar!!! They show me a photo of a refrigerator filled with wine and various sodas with the signature of the room! And they say that I have to pay for it! Being in complete shock, realizing that I have already accumulated waiting for a taxi, I begin to figure it out and say that this is not our refrigerator, which they shrug their hands at. Eventually, after making a scandal, they let me go. But if you still decide to stay at this hotel, check absolutely everything in the presence of the administrator! So that you don 't get cheated for money !
The only positive thing about this hotel is the view of the mountain and the sweet, kind woman who works in the dining room. The breakfasts themselves are boring.

The rooms are spacious, the room on the 4th floor was dirty, but the bed linen was clean, the shower head fell off at the first use. I happened to be at the hotel by accident. I booked one, but they moved me to this one, supposedly a class higher.
On the positive side: nice people at the reception. That's probably all;
Of the cons:
1) Dirt: Carpet is laid almost all over the hotel, which was once supposed to be beige, but probably due to lack of proper care, it has become more of a gray-brown color with spots. An extremely unpleasant sight...
2) The shower is flowing: the shower stall is flowing from all sides, and coming out of the shower everything is in puddles. I had to put towels all over the floor. In this regard, they were categorically not enough for their needs. The master came, but said that the sealant would smell strongly.
3) Lack of cleaning: They have no clear business with cleaning at all. In the first 3 days, no one came to me at all, despite the fact that I asked at the reception several times a day to be sent to clean up, and that I needed extra towels. As a result, at the end of the third day, I still caught the cleaning lady herself. From cleaning, she replaced the towels and gave me extra ones, and made the bed, did not change the linen. Just a terrible hotel. As it turned out on the spot, they do not accept the MIR card, only cash. The room itself is dirty, the old lock on the door, the carpeting is all stained . The windows are dirty, the doors of the creaking cabinet are all open for some reason. There is mold in the bathroom, the shower is leaking, the ventilation is not working. Breakfast. The most meager : two types of pita bread, cottage cheese, sour cream, jam, instant coffee, omelet, eggs and green. No juices , fruits and vegetables . The cakes were cut into milipizdric pieces. In the end, they could not immediately accept the number , I waited for 15 minutes until they got up and checked everything ( this is the first time I have come across this ) . Why there are 4 stars here is unclear . I definitely do not recommend it, 16k drams is not worth it
