The Internet is terrible, the speed has dropped over the past two months, very much, the sites barely load, it's both via WiFi and through a direct connection, those.the support is rude and raises their voice, they do not correctly provide information when you ask to create an application so that they come to see what and how, so they do not do this, and when you call to sort it out, they tell us that we did not call and did not create applications. Installers do not arrive on time, they are appointed for one day, and arrive a week later. We have never had a worse provider than this one
