We ordered a refrigerator on Sunday with delivery to Oshmyany on Thursday. On Thursday, I received an SMS indicating the delivery time from 7 to 11 a.m. However, at 11 a.m., the manager called us and informed us that the delivery would not take place, since the refrigerator did not fit in the car. As a result, the delivery was postponed to Saturday.
Summer, heat, and for a whole week we were forced to live without a refrigerator.
The problems did not end there. On Saturday, we were informed that the delivery will be from 14:30 to 18:30. The courier arrived at the specified time, but when unpacking, we found a scratch on the refrigerator door. By calling the call center, we learned that we could cancel the order. However, we couldn't live another week without a refrigerator, so we had to take it with a scratch on the front. (By the way, the accompanying documents indicate that the refrigerator was delivered on Thursday)
As a result, the purchase in this online store turned out to be extremely disappointing due to the numerous inconveniences associated with logistics and transportation of goods.
It's a terrible store.
I made a very large order. It turned out that I made a mistake with the size of one product from the order - a microwave oven. I asked a few days later to be replaced with another model with an additional fee, since I hadn't even unpacked it. They refused, because according to the law they may not change it.
In general, I am shocked that such a thing is possible in the 21st century.
I will never contact this store again, and I advise no one. It is better to buy more expensive, but with normal service.
The answer was given by the service department, which hardly estimated at all how many purchases it had made recently.
