We ordered a refrigerator on Sunday with delivery to Oshmyany on Thursday. On Thursday, I received an SMS indicating the delivery time from 7 to 11 a.m. However, at 11 a.m., the manager called us and informed us that the delivery would not take place, since the refrigerator did not fit in the car. As a result, the delivery was postponed to Saturday.
Summer, heat, and for a whole week we were forced to live without a refrigerator.
The problems did not end there. On Saturday, we were informed that the delivery will be from 14:30 to 18:30. The courier arrived at the specified time, but when unpacking, we found a scratch on the refrigerator door. By calling the call center, we learned that we could cancel the order. However, we couldn't live another week without a refrigerator, so we had to take it with a scratch on the front. (By the way, the accompanying documents indicate that the refrigerator was delivered on Thursday)
As a result, the purchase in this online store turned out to be extremely disappointing due to the numerous inconveniences associated with logistics and transportation of goods.
It's a terrible store.
I made a very large order. It turned out that I made a mistake with the size of one product from the order - a microwave oven. I asked a few days later to be replaced with another model with an additional fee, since I hadn't even unpacked it. They refused, because according to the law they may not change it.
In general, I am shocked that such a thing is possible in the 21st century.
I will never contact this store again, and I advise no one. It is better to buy more expensive, but with normal service.

This guarantee is just a piece of paper that costs NOTHING. No one thinks to fulfill their obligations under the guarantee. The so-called warranty service is for the jackdaw. Judging by the reviews, others have also encountered this.

Professionalism and responsibility to customers is not about this store. I placed an order for a washing machine on 09/25.24, called back, discussed delivery on 09/28.24. On 09/28.24, a call comes from the courier service, and I am informed that the courier was in an accident (at the same time, not a word about what is with the product, whether it is damaged or not. It is clear with an accident, everything happens, there are no questions in this part, the most important thing is the health of the courier), they offer to postpone delivery to Monday, 30.09.24 (I disagree, I say that I will discuss this moment with the store and make a decision through them). I call the store on the same day, explain the situation, say that the courier was in an accident, we agree on delivery on 30.09.24. But this delivery was not destined to come true: sensing that there would be no delivery, I dialed the store around 14.00, clarified what was with my order, which I will find out at 17.00 from a store employee (3 hours after my call!!!) that my order was also injured in an accident, and therefore there will be no delivery, the nearest one is 03.10.24. Yes, they offered a discount, the head contacted and apologized - but this does not solve the situation. If I hadn't personally called and asked if I should expect delivery on 30.09.24, I guess no one would even have bothered to say that it needed to be postponed to another day and make some kind of apology. For two days I had to take time off from work to pick up my order, with a delivery interval of at least 4 hours, but in the end I never received it.
I am extremely disappointed with the work of the store and their irresponsibility. Instead of solving the situation with delivery as soon as possible, they only offered to postpone it to 03.10.24 and a discount (for the discount that I was offered, it would be better to fill up your car and bring me the order on 30.09.24).
As a result - time spent, nerves, lack of goods. It is better to overpay, but buy at another store where your product will be delivered the next day.

I call the call center myself, I hang on the phone for 5 minutes - no one answers... as a result, the manager himself calls, apologizes, and as a "compensation" offers me to come again in the evening))))) (cool, right?), or even deliver the order to my home for free (considering that in my case the delivery would be free anyway!!!). In general, without compensation, discounts and something like that, just fuck off "sorry" and that's it. I spent 2 hours on the way back and forth and waiting for this sur!! Also, the pregnant woman got there, because she was sure that everything was in place! If you want to save your nerves and time, order somewhere else! And it's better not to deal with these would-be entrepreneurs. Then they also whine about why everyone is switching to market places - and how to cooperate with you??? If that's what you're doing.
