For clarity, I will say that I communicated with an employee who worked on 04.11.23, on the day of writing the review, he worked at the checkout at the reception, unfortunately I did not remember his name.
I brought the phone for diagnosis, before contacting via Instagram. When I arrived, having previously reset the phone to factory settings, since no one wrote to me that in order to read the logs, you can't reset it (and I'm not an expert and I don't know where they are recorded), the employee took it and began to say, far from in the most pleasant manner, with a grin, that "well, why did you do that, you can't read the logs now."
But come on, I began to describe to him the essence of the problem and the essence of the device's operation at the moment, during which he allowed himself the expression "I wish I believed in it" and the like. At the same time, all this was not in the most respectful manner. No, he wasn't rude, no need to think. But the level of service where you feel that you are treated with respect was not even close, which is even surprising, because I considered it a fairly serious institution that cares about its reputation. This left its mark, I will continue to think and consider other services, which is a shame, I thought I finally found a service of the "European" level, but it turns out not quite so. I would like to believe that this employee will be interviewed after this review. But something tells me that they will probably put some kind of mark after him that I am a difficult client. Although when I addressed you personally, I was as polite and correct as possible, because I believe that you need to treat people the same way you would like to be treated.
As for the repair, I hope that the battery will be replaced efficiently. Time, of course, will tell.
In any case, it is very sad that the quality of the service is so floating, because the previous time everything was at the best level and I have repeatedly recommended it to my friends. But in this case, no more than 3 stars.

I would like to leave a review about this organization. I recently used the "Help to buy a mobile phone" service. This service costs 30 rubles, the phone was handed over to the specialist, he examined it and gave a recommendation, they say, the phone is excellent, in excellent condition, but it needs to be flashed additionally (because there was already a beta version of the firmware here), and said that he could flash it himself. After all, a knowledgeable person understands what he is saying (but it turned out that this was not the case at all). I bought an iPhone and waited for the "master" to flash it. By the way, the master's name is Vladislav Nikon (this data is the surname and first name indicated on the receipt).
And what happened in the end?
The phone restarts, does not perform its functions, and periodically lags.
I would obviously not advise the buyer to take a device that has already been flashed, because upon arrival home, Googling about the firmware, I was immediately given the FIRST site, they say, phones are usually flashed because of lags, and when the phone is not working well.
Knowing these basic things about the firmware and, accordingly, what problems can I expect after reinstalling it. Naturally, I would never have taken this iPhone, but foolishly trusted a "Specialist".
Later, I came to "fix" the device, to which I was told: "we advise you to go to the police, or the repair will cost around 500-1000 + Belarusian rubles, the cost will depend on the detail.
Well, what kind of nonsense, to what other militia?
I applied for a service that implies checking a used phone, the master, seemingly a qualified specialist, gave his assessment that the phone is in perfect order!
But it turned out that the device was not working properly.
I am in a desperate situation, I gave the phone for repair, the "specialist" said that he would call me back within two days, but after this period no one called me.
I came from another city to get my phone, and went home with the same buggy iPhone that I left him.
In general, what do we have in fact?
Minus 1400 rubles (the phone itself cost that much) and a laggy iPhone that reboots a hundred times a day.
Did they handle their service and help to detect an unscrupulous seller with a terrible phone?
- No, it's not
Should you contact this service center? Of course, you can decide for yourself, but I would not recommend it.
I am loyal to many things, even to other people's mistakes. At least after such a situation, it was possible and necessary to accept his guilt, and at least verbally apologize, but even this Vladislav did not bother to do.
