Delivery (in my case, pickup) the next day is from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. the store's opening hours on the weekend are until 5 p.m. During all this time, no one contacted me, my call was not answered. Only an hour after I posted my indignation on Viber, a salesperson named Tatiana contacted me. She explained her situation and offered to bring the goods home to me. I, a kind soul, agreed, although there was a moment to disagree. I had to listen to my inner voice. The watch is disgusting. The fact that the battery doesn't hold well is half the trouble. It's not a watch that implies being in touch, it's a beautiful toy, nothing more. Suppliers do not declare many pitfalls on the Smart Watch X8 PRO, this can only be revealed during operation. And sellers refuse to take this nonsense back, only through a marriage check. But this is not a marriage. They also arrived at this store. It's very, very unpleasant. I don't recommend it. By the way, at the time of our conversation with Tatiana, unfortunately, she forgot how she let me down on the day when I had to pick up the order. Well, that's on her conscience. You just need to keep in mind that you may encounter a not very correct attitude towards the customer in this store. They may forget about you, because the seller has personal circumstances, and let the client wait. It's very sad! First of all, there must be work. You can call and warn, as many stores and couriers do, rather than leaving the customer in the dark.
