Perfect accommodation for short term. Location is rather good if you want to explore new districts of Batumi. Reasonably priced

It's all good. A clean studio, there is everything you need - dishes, a gas stove, a refrigerator, a microwave, a TV, a washing machine, an adequately configured gas boiler. The Internet provides about 25 MB/s. The owners are completely non-intrusive, but at the same time they immediately respond to questions. We had a problem with the washing machine, we agreed with the owner to check together. He arrived on the dot. The same thing happened at the eviction, we didn't wait a minute. The location is not bad, it takes literally five minutes to walk to the sea. There are shops nearby, there is a place to eat. The Windows overlook the private sector, so the roar of direct currents and the noise of the street does not bother at all. From what I didn't really like, the bed creaks a little. In general, we don't mind coming back.

Overall a nice complex and very close to the sea. A convenient location, not in the most crowded place, where it's quieter. Cons -very thin walls, neighbors can be heard perfectly, and dampness and mold in the bathroom. But this is the problem of most buildings in Batumi. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby, a convenience store, a shopping center. I recommend
