I left the laptop under warranty on Monday.
They said that the diagnosis takes 3 days.
I called on Tuesday and Wednesday to clarify the status, both times they said that three days had not passed, there was nothing to call.
On Thursday, I explained that I was leaving on Friday and needed a laptop. They said OK, everything will be checked by this time.
In the middle of Friday, I called (they didn't call me back), they said they might not check everything during the verification process, but they will do the maximum. It turned out that they did not do anything and some kind of response and result may be at best next Thursday, that is, in 11 days.
And it's my fault that I didn't say that I want to pick up 5 days after the stated three
