Overall a good, standard business center Clean, cozy, the design is on the level. On the downside, it's cold in winter, the idiotic system of entrances to the territory, you have to circle, you could leave a passage at the corner. Who is in a car is also uncomfortable. They are launched only from kabdol, they are also released from the same place. They don't let you out through the second barrier. The notary's sign is not located there at all on the side of the building. The lights are turned off very often.

An ordinary office building. On the 1st floor there is a cafeteria with lunches, a notary and other interesting shops. Christmas trees are visible on the top floor, apparently the owner of the business center is resting there)

Honest and pleasant managers. Professional and competent staff. 100% operational office center with independent power supply. In my opinion, the level is 4 stars!
