They are launched only from kabdol, they are also released from the same place. They don't let you out through the second barrier.
The notary's sign is not located there at all on the side of the building.
The lights are turned off very often.
An ordinary office building. On the 1st floor there is a cafeteria with lunches, a notary and other interesting shops. Christmas trees are visible on the top floor, apparently the owner of the business center is resting there)
Honest and pleasant managers. Professional and competent staff. 100% operational office center with independent power supply. In my opinion, the level is 4 stars!
The main problem is all smokers, why should I not smoke and breathe cigarette smoke in the balcony? The balcony should not be a place for smoking separately

But when I couldn't drive into a huge territory in rainy weather, where there are at least 50 parking lots for cars plus underground parking, I immediately thought that I would write the worst review at the first opportunity!
Gentlemen from the administration and heads of companies that rent premises, it is clear that each of you has 1-2 cars and you pay a considerable amount for these places. But the weather in business is made for you by customers, for whom you must create conditions, at least for a one-time visit!
I visited one of these companies 3-4 times, while for the first time I traveled around the building 2 times to park the car and eventually found a place in the courtyard of the house on Zhubanova Street.
It's okay, God grant we have legs, we'll get there!
When he and his father (the old man) reached the building on the territory closed by a barrier, he counted 30 free parking spaces. And it became a shame!
In the following days, I had to drive alone (although the elderly father personally wanted to be present in business) and park in the parking lot of the Grand Park (for a fee, well, okay!).
Is it really impossible to solve this issue somehow?!
The security and reception staff at the entrance to the building and at the entrance behave a little rudely (please note that this is not a complaint, but an insult for our culture of behavior)!
And this is probably what you call it-YES, I BOUGHT A PLACE!
However, this situation is in all business centers of Almaty, which contradicts our hospitality and mentality!
It is clear that we want to raise the level in all spheres of life to the European standard, but we must not forget that there are mountains and steppe around the city of Almaty, from where people come to solve their everyday problems!
I just came because of the need, but otherwise I would never have visited this place!
We rent an office in this building. Parking is small, only for tenants. The entrance is difficult because due to the close intersection there are always a lot of cars, it is inconvenient to leave or enter. But there is a Grand Park nearby, if necessary, you can park your car there. It is very convenient, there are many shops nearby, a bazaar. Transport accessibility, you can quickly get to work in the morning, home in the evening. The administration of the building is very friendly, the staff always helps. Security is normal. Clear. There is a small buffet inside, a notary, good dentistry. A business center of the middle class. The rental price is reasonable.
