If you want 5 stars, then you are not here! Service-0, rooms-no matter how! And the most important thing is that the attitude towards the person is not what! It all started with the fact that we drove up to the hotel, and no one even thought to meet us and pick up our luggage (5 stars do not allow this), later no one greeted us at the reception, then instead of a room with a terrace, we were handed a tiny room with a broken bathroom and a terrible terrace with one sunbed and a view into the wall (5 stars comrades!!!). Naturally, we immediately went down to the reception for a room change. The number was changed after 20 minutes. With the words that it costs 750€ per night, but to us for the same price (about 350€). As a result, we are the only ones on the floor (suite). All services are paid in the flesh to the water in the room (5 stars), there are no places in the pool bar, the staff does not even think to say hello, the laundry works every other day, no one has even heard about the concierge service. The majority of tourists staying at this hotel are tourists from tour operators who bought a ticket at the tail of the plane on the cheap. The only advantage of the hotel is walking distance to the sights.
I really didn't like the hotel. The impression is sad from almost everything. Starting from settling into a lower room category, several days of discussions, the complete unwillingness of the staff to do anything, the food is below average, the rooms are tired.
