We stayed at the hotel for one night. We were flattered by the 5 stars, the pool and the location. As a result, they guessed only with the last one. The location is great. I didn't like anything else. The room is strange, with a view of the backyard. Terrible air conditioning. I made such a noise that we thought we were taking off. I had to turn it off periodically to sit in silence. We extended the stay on the day of departure until 18.00 and paid for it. After the time of the check-out, there were several knocks on our room and we were asked to leave the room. We explained each time. It is strange that the information from the reception is not brought to the maids. The hotel needs renovation. Everything is very old. Once it was 5 stars. But not now.

The hotel is not bad. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Of the cons: the most terrible Wi-Fi. It doesn't work at all.

Five stars, but no service. They may not change the towels, do not put shampoo. The coffee machine is broken, but there is nothing to replace it with. Absolutely no reaction to the claims.
